I went for allergy issues and a watery eye. I left with no solutions for my eye, and a 15 minute lecture on how walking is not a form of exercise. I asked for prescriptions for the allergy meds he recommended so that I could use my HSA - money that is just sitting in an account that I barely use - and he scoffed at me, telling me that the over the counter medications are "just $20, not expensive." I called to see if he had sent in any prescriptions to my pharmacy and he had not. These allergy meds may not be expensive to him, but $30 a month adds up for someone like me. Then upon "checkout," the girl at the desk didnt even uncross her arms or look up. I asked what I needed to do and she shrugged and told me just to call back for follow up. I asked about the prescriptions and she said, "Well send them." No other instruction or not even a "have a good day." Poor bedside manner from everyone at USA Family Medical. I will never go here again.

Ive waited up to an hour and a half just to speak to someone over the phone about my prescriptions. Its impossible to call and talk to someone there without it taking over an hour out of your day. They say to give them a 24 hour advance notice when you need your prescriptions refilled yet it takes them over a week to have them signed off to fill. Ive went through 4 different doctors in the past 2 years and that bothers me because when I get comfortable with a doctor, they leave. Id suggest everyone to use a different doctors office!

I have been going to this doctor for years and i havent had any problems except that it takes forever to actually get on the phone with someone to make an appointment. I call and am on hold for 20 minutes sometimes before getting someone.

the worst visit I ever had .. I miss Dr Waleh the doctor I had (Dr Shan) showed no care at all she didnt take any Interest in my concerns I would love to find another doctor
