Dr. Andrew Wilkerson is a great Dr. But some of the staff ruins the place like his nurse pam who will lie to you outright and then if you call her out on it she will attempt to turn it around on you...i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone cause they cold turkey meds that cause seizures to someone who already has seizures and Pam is a nurse who says adderral has no side effects and ALL stimulants have side effects and Ill take a pharmacist word over a nurses any day and he even wonders how she is a nurse. Then she treats you like an addict when you call her on a lie "Youre not getting nothing from here till we are told by your Dr or a cardiologist that its safe to so"....ummm I caught you in a lie so now all of the sudden thats the issue? Idk about anyone else but if I dont trust a doctors nurse I really cant trust the doctor and reason she wouldnt tell me is cause her info was received by another Drs crnp who I dont even see which is hippa violation if she admitted it but just report it to your insurance and the board of medical examiners and recording everything a doctor or staff says is also comes in handy and i did it for memory issues but it comes in handy!!!!

Part of the corporate system for mental health that have popped up like mushrooms since the passage of ACA to once again include addiction and the 28 day program. The reception staff was extremely rude, the wait time was torture (I was there 2.5 hours) and to top it all off, was informed my urine sample revealed methanphedimine, I am 61 years old, dont even drink or smoke and when I howled and demanded another sample be taken the doctor cut me off and said it didnt matter. I wasnt just born yesterday, test results go to insurance companies and no telling where else. I am in the process of demanding another test. This is like the McDonalds of mental health. It had an assembly line feel and I felt sorry for people who really needed help. These places all went away in the early 2000s when the money dried up, but now that the cash spicket is back on they are under the tap. And the public will suffer. Stay away from this place

I waited a month to get in and when I got there, the doctor that treats my problem wasnt even there. And they dont take insurance if youre on a certain medication. Now they want to make me wait another month and charge me $350.00 for one visit. I was told on the phone "No co-pay, no deductible.

Very caring. Not a long wait time.
