The phone is rarely answered and this facet of the service doesnt deserve even one star!! After receiving notification regarding insurance determination on medication, I tried to call for days!!! Each time, the server would give the options; and I would "dial 0 for the operator, never to be answered. The last day I attempted contact, I "dialed 0" a total of 8 times, with no pick up!! BUT, they cover themselves with the simple statement, "Call 911"! Very unprofessional and very poor patient care!!!

My husband goes here and they are very friendly and they do answer your question in away that he can understand. Very clean place. The best place we found that does take time with the patient.
