A friend of mine has his mother there at Glenwood Health Care. I went with him to visit her and support my friend. When I first walked in the receptionist was very nice. I was thinking that this was going to be a nice place but that is where it ended. On our way to her room we walked by the nurses station. It seemed as if all of the employees were screaming and yelling. They were so loud that it was hard to hear my self think. We went into her room and I went to cut the light on and it would not come on. I asked an CNA for the maintenance person an half hour later this guy named Mike showed up. I asked if he knew about this room light being out. He said that he did and that he will get to it when he gets time. i said when will that be. He said dont worry about it and walked off. He was very rude to me. I went back to the receptionist and told her what happend she said that she was sorry. I asded to speak to the Administrator. She finally came out to talk to me after I had to ask three times I told her what happend and how rude the maintenance person was to me. She said that she will handle it. That was it no Im sorry nothing. It seemed as if I was bothering her very rude to me. It seemed as if the only one who cared was the nice receptionist. You should get rid of the Administrator and the maintenance guy and the cna to because it seemed as if she was in no hury also and get rid of all of the yelling nurses and you might have somthing at this place. P.S. keep the receptionist she is the only nice one. The Administrator stinks.

My father is in this facility. He has had many items stolen and the administration and nursing staff can not locate them for him. Items stolen include his black down winter coat, two hats, two electric razors, and his wallet. In my opinion this facility is poorly run.

This place was horrible. My grandmas stuff was alwasy missing. The staff was lazy. It stunk. People just sit in the halls begging for help. Staff is hiding in rooms on their phones.
