So far the experience was Fine. Emily likes the Dr. But today I actually need to change my daughters appointment she is a college student and the day she has to come back is not going to work with her school schedule so I asked for the 4 or the 5 and those wont work. So I asked for his office to accommodate her for August 31 at 430 because they close at 5. I understand why they cant accommodate that because that is only time she can do this. Otherwise it will mess up her medicine.

Im hoping th doctor is better than the support staff. The person I spoke to on the phone (Julia) has extreme bad customer service. It felt like she was doing me a favor. After reviewing other reviews under the doctors reviews. Im not the only one who feels this way. I called back and spoke to Karen on the appointment line and she answered my questions. But unfortunately it seems Karen is not in that office.

Receptionist was very rude. She never even looked up from her computer. Terrible customer service. Dr. was nice but since the receptionist is the point of contact with patients her attitude needs some adjusting. Some people just arent cut out for working with the public.

Very caring, sweet staff from the moment we arrived; and Dr. Parrent is very thorough, patient, and kind.
