The staff and vets at Animal Care Center are truly warm and compassionate – each time our pets visit (which is a lot with 2 cats/3 dogs!) we are treated like family and feel like everyone’s attention is focused completely on us. We have been patients of Dr. Moody for almost 9 years and followed her when she moved from another clinic because we love her so much! She saved our young terrier’s life years ago after an accident and now helps her live a more active and comfortable life despite arthritis as an old girl. Dr. Moody gets right down on the floor with our babies to make them feel more safe and comfortable. We also love how she stays current on the all the latest vet science, medicines, and treatment options. Jennifer and the rest of the admin/vet tech staff are so sweet/kind. Don’t be fooled by Animal Care Center’s rustic appearance – the care is truly compassionate and state of the art!

My husband and I took our new puppy to Animal Care Center on the recommendation of a friend, and we are SO happy with the care our pup has received. Everyone on staff is unfailingly professional and friendly, they always answer my questions thoroughly (Im one of those who asks a lot of questions!), and they truly care about our pup. In fact, I think his behavior is the best review I can give Animal Care Center - he is always excited to go, and consistently rushes out of the car and up to the door. We go to ACC for vet visits and boarding, and have been 100% satisfied. If youre looking for a vet in Prattville, your search is over!

Our Longhair Dachshund has always been TERRIFIED just to walk in a DRs Office and if they tried to take him out of our arms, he literally screamed. Dr. Macie Moody has such a gentle and caring spirit that the owners and pets sense this. Billy Jack went right into her arms from my wifes and never trembled or made a sound. It was like an absolute MIRACLE. It still has us talking about it and telling everyone. Also, she drew blood for tests and administered medicine without him being frightened. This was 12/30/2016 and he is doing great. Highly recommend Dr. Moody!

I love Dr. Ousley so much that I followed her when she came to Animal Care Center. My dogs are my family and they adore her. Dr. Ousley is absolutely wonderful with them and she truly cares about animals. The staff is friendly and very patient with my not always so well behaved boys. I am really happy with Dr. Ousley and Animal Care Center.

Doctor Davidson saved my 4lb Yorkie after being mauled and seriously injured by a large dog. Dolly was in surgery over 3 hrs. My two Yorkies, Dolly and Louie are now 5 yrs old and have been patients of Animal Care Center and boarded there since they were 6 weeks old. Dr. Davidson, Dynasty and staff are always very caring and helpful.

This is one of the fines facilities, I have taken my babies to. I, highly, recommend you take your pets, here. Each and every employee is VERY conscientious about your loved one(s). They treat every pet as if she/he were their own. My dogs have never been happier or healthier.

Our dog had serious health problems and was misdiagnosed by several vets until she saw Dr. Ousley. She is very knowledgeable and cares about the animals she is treating. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
