They will give you one price before and during your visit, but will bill your insurance company for another amount. I have NEVER had any professional do that to me! Once I confronted them on the over billing, they came up with another ridiculous fee to try and keep some of the money. After she told me, "well its not your money anyway!" Well I pay the premiums for that money, and it REALLY ISNT YOURS!!! The Doctor made RUDE comments during the exam, not sure whats his problem. Its not my fault he cant afford a AIRPLANE! Customers usually drive businesses and allow people to buy PLANES, and Id say its guaranteed that you will never have one!!! I thought just get through this exam and never come back. But it wasnt that simple! Then they tried to take money from me that they werent entitled to take. The Office Manager was rude, incompetent, and took no responsibility for their errors. If you are looking for an eye doctor as I was, you should AVOID this office. If you do go, I would definitely check my statement to make sure you were charged correctly. But Ill NEVER go back!!
