I vividly remember crawling into Dr. Dykes office in May of 2016 after being discharged from the ER only days earlier with Sciatica. I was very skeptical of chiropractors but back surgery was simply not a viable option. Almost 10 months later, Im running 15 miles a week and continue with my adjustment plan.
