I love the quality of service I get here, the friendly faces that always greet you with a smile, the family friendly atmosphere, and the comfort of knowing that they are here to help and genuinely know whats going on with your body. Ive been dealing with a lower back issue for going on 3 years now, and just recently, it compounded into a really painful leg issue to which I could barely walk, let alone do my job in the army. Doctor Curtis and his staff have done more for me in 4 weeks to improve my quality of life than the army has done in 3 years. I am forever thankful for his care, saddened that I didnt know about chiropractic services earlier in my career and all the benefits, and would highly recommend anybody to his services, hands down! Thank You!

I was referred to Ft Campbell Chiropractic by a friend. I have been having back problems for months and finally got the courage to go. The team quickly made me feel comfortable. Dr. Curtis explained everything and was great at listening to my concerns. I have been going now for about 6 months and I am very happy with the service I receive. They are always friendly, there is never a long wait and I always feel much better when I leave. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with back pain. Dr. Curtis in concerned about fixing the root of the problem instead of masking it with pain medication.

I went to Ft. Campbell Chiropractic yesterday and had a wonderful experience! It was my first time seeing a chiropractor ever, so I was kind of nevous. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff; they made me feel extremely welcome, which calmed me tremendously :) The doctor, Dr. Curtis, was awesome as well. Not only was he very friendly and personable, by the time I left he had my low back feeling so much better. I am actually looking forward to my appointment on Friday!! I became a big fan and would recommend anyone who is hurting like me to go to Ft. Campbell Chiropractic.

Ive never felt compelled to write a review for any business before, however, I have to say that I was very impressed with this place. The doctor and the staff were great. I came into the office because Ive been having pain in my arm for a few weeks and was previously given medications by my doctor that didnt help at all. After only seeing Dr. Curtis 3 times, my arm pain is completely gone! Ill be honest, I was skeptical about chiropractors and was only going because a friend told me about this place and that they could help. Im glad I came and will definitely be coming back.

The care you get at Ft.Campbell Chiropractor is unmesearable. Dr.Curtis goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best care and makes sure to explain everything in terms you can understand. He goes to lengths as far as doing research to find answers for you. The staff was great as well. They are exceptionally friendly and helpful with the therapies. After months of frustration it is great to be free of pain and its all owed to Dr.Curtis and his staff. By far the best place to go to! You wont regret walking in to Ft.Campbell Chiropractor!

Love this place... Seriously the staff is super friendly and helpful... Dr. Curtis is amazing and has the best interest of his patients at heart... Im 15 weeks pregnant and had the worst sciatica I had ever experienced or heard of I could barely walk in a little over a month ago... Now Im in zero pain... I highly recommend ft. Campball chiropractic... If your pregnant he takes special care to help you through this time...

I have been going to Dr. Curtis for over a year now. He always does an awesome job adjusting me and is always basing his adjustment on whats going on with me at that time. I appreciate that he doesnt do the same adjustment every time. He takes the time to adjust what needs to be adjusted. The staff that does the therapy treatments are always awesome to work with!

Definitely Recommend! I have had back problems for as long as I can remember and have had my fair share of visits to chiropractors. Both Dr. Curtis and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.
