Horrible, horrible office staff! Multiple times when calling for an appointment or about a refill I have been put on hold for 10+ minutes. Last Friday it was 20 minutes after which I hung up and called back and their staff actually will pick up the phone and hang it up. Then twice I have had issues getting refills on needed meds. Once it got written from my doctor who cannot prescribe due to not renewing her license or something (what!??!) wrote the prescription in her name and the pharmacy would not fill it and getting the office staff to respond and get it corrected was a nightmare. The 2nd time just happened. Walgreens faxed a refill request 2 days before I called them when it hadnt been filled. They claimed they never got it and PROMISED to call it in directly by end of business - NEVER HAPPENED. Their lab is a joke - they are not in peoples insurance network and they send you large bills and you are told they will contact them and it will be taken care of (which at least it was) but a ridiculous process that Ive never encountered anywhere else. It also takes much longer for their lab to report results than most other labs which if youre sick - who has time for 7-10 days. Dr. Cameron was a nice doctor, listened and provided a good treatment plan but the nonsense you have to go through isnt worth it. Im done!

Dr Riske & Sonya saved my life! I was spinning my wheels and spending gobs of money on weight-loss, trainers, and even fads to drop the 30+lbs I had slowly put on. I rationalized for years that it was ok - Im 50... I look good for 50. Im high-functioning, with a ton on my plate - and relied heavily on soda & caffeine to get thru my day. It wasnt until I made a complete 180 in my lifestyle and worked out consistently for 2months {and only lost 3lbs!}, that I was referred to Foothills. Thank God I was. I was pushing a boulder uphill and spinning my wheels with no results - and I wouldve never achieved them in my condition. Dr Riske balanced my depleted hormones, boosted my thyroid {even after seeing an endocrinologist}, and gave me energy! I divorced the soda, lost 30lbs in 3months and have not just a new body, and lifestyle Im comfortable in, but a sense of peace & well-being that Ive missed for years. My anxiety is totally manageable. Ive realized that I was just accepting and living with the curveball of aging... and I dont have to anymore! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Foothills Primary Care really let me down. They seem to be more focused on dinging your insurance by scheduling as many visits as possible than giving care for their patients. It takes a minimum of 72 hours for the doctor to return your phone call but they can magically get you in for an appointment the same day (again, to ding your insurance). In my particular situation, they refused to refill a prescription over the phone, but said they would refill it if I came in for an appointment, even when no tests would be performed. Be aware that this office is very basic and they contract out most of their lab work/other services, so the insurance charges add up with all the different service providers you are referred to see. They also seem to be quite a bit more focused on weight loss and less about primary care functions. Overall, the doctor (Dr. Cameron) I visited with was nice, but the office is run poorly. And since there are more than a handful of other doctors in the Dobson/Chandler area, I would look elsewhere when considering a primary care physician.

I have been going to this doctor for almost 2 years not and everything was great until them moved to a new office. When the moved it was closer to my house so I was happy. Until i found there front office staff to be completely rude! They have been nothing but disrespectful to me and this last visit was the last straw. I went a month ago to go over some lab work and also to be checked out for a car accident i had been in. They say me and sent me over for x-rays. It took them almost another month to call me back in to review them and that was only after i had called 3 days in a row. When i took the time off work and drove the 45 mins one way to the office they told me i wouldnt be able to see the doctor because they dont do car accidents and would not recommend me to go anywhere. I asked for my lab work and my patient file. I will never be back. After waiting for a month in pain and not being able to sleep very well, I was basically told to go away. Great doctors but crappy staff.

Dr. Williamson was great, and the medical assistants were pleasant, but the front office and the nurses were a nightmare. The customer service was the worst Ive ever experienced. They gossip about the patients in the front office. Ive heard them yell at elderly patients more than once. They are quick to tell you "were swamped" when you have a question. The number one priority here is getting your insurance payment. Three visits in a row they had my dads insurance information wrong and harassed him while he was sick. They kept saying he needed to call his insurance company. Finally the insurance rep asked us to stay on the line while she called the front office. The front office had entered his information incorrectly. When my new Dr ordered records, it took over two weeks for them to reply. Dont waste your time.

My husband and I have been going here for about a year since moving to chandler. Dr zharandy is a good doctor, but I cant the staff they are the rudest people ever! I cant beleive how unprofessional they are! I have worked in the medical field for 10 years as a office manager and I know how it works. They dont need to treat people that way, we are coming there because we are sick and dont deserve to be treated that way. And they are very money hungry. They want you to come in for a appointment, then they want you to come again for blood work and then come in for results even if there not bad just so they can bill. Im thinking about changing Drs because of the staff and that really sucks because you get comfortable with a dr and to have to change its like starting over

I would highly recommend Foothills Primary Care. I cannot express enough how much Dr. Riske and his staff have changed my life. Dr. Riske has got to be one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors I have met. He is not only concerned with your medical issues but cares about how you are "feeling" as well. It is not just medicine by the book, he truly wants you to feel your best in every way. I truly havent felt this well in a long time, both physically and emotionally. His entire staff is friendly and helpful. Again, I cannot speak highly enough about Foothills Primary Care. They are in my opinion the best!

I really cant understand the negative reviews, here is my opinion from my point of view: I first came there for feeling sluggish and obese, not feeling as I should at age of 30. The staff was friendly as can be and didnt make me feel awkward about needing testosterone shots. Since coming there Ive seen them very busy but have greeted me with a smile every time. The doctors have been patient with me and answered my 100 questions I always have. I look fwd to my visits and know that if something hurts or I feel sick I can get it taken care of at a very friendly, clean, professional place of healthcare.
