Dr. Ruiz is a terrible doctor. He is rude, condescending, and an extremely poor listener. He ordered lab tests for me that were already done 8 days prior and refused to consider any further tests in spite of the pain I was in. He also failed to give me the referral I needed for a follow-up appointment with a specialist who was already treating me. When I brought this to the attention of his staff they were a nightmare to deal with as well. I will definitely not be coming back.

No one in the front office is of any use. After visiting with Dr. Ruiz he then orders me to do a blood panel and 2 tests that are $300 each just for a referral to my endocrinologist i have been seeing for 18 years. like all of a sudden im no longer diabetic.
