I actually visited Dr. Herold in the Seniors Clinic of St. Marks Hospital in Salt Lake City. He was very thorough and seemed genuinely interested in learning about and addressing all of my concerns. He took enough time to hear me out on all issues and to discuss treatment options and expectations. I didnt feel rushed as is often the case in other medical offices. His assistant (Mel) was also great. She efficiently took care of my intake processing, while maintaining a very upbeat and friendly demeanor.
