I have never written a review for a business & probably wont again, but I have to because my experience was so poor at this clinic. I was seen by Dr Chohan & her PA Rosemary. Both very negative visits where I left feeling defeated & talked down to the entire time. Chohans bedside manner is cold and prideful. It made me uncomfortable. After seeing the PA my first visit and leaving crying feeling confused & like she didnt address my labs or concerns I called immediately to reschedule an appt with Doctor Chohan to clarify. That visit was equally disappointing unfortunately, I guess it is just this practice. What is also upsetting is I was charged two co-pays & even when asking Dr Chohan to fix the way my re visit appt was put into the system she had an associate call & say "services were rendered, copay must be made." So, I would highly recommend that if you are considering this practice you find a different one, I am. They seem to be all about money and not about patient care. :(

My experience and care at AARA has always been top notch. I feel comfortable with my doctor and the staff and confident with the care they provide. I did have an encounter with a young lady that made my appointment, but that was a first time for me. I made it clear I did not care for her tone, and our conversation after that was fine. I would not change because of one individual, one time and will continue to go there.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tesser and he has always been very attentive and answers all my questions as well. He is courteous and patient and never makes me feel that he is rushed and that I am important. His PA Randy Jay is remarkable as well. I highly recommend Dr. Tesser for your needs.

Did not care for Dr. Bennett. His diagnoses was incorrect, and he didnt take the necessary time to help me. I waited so long for the appointment, and did not get the expertise I was looking for. Very disappointing.

Initially awesome, really happy....then realized AARA is staffed with very rude individuals that choose not to do their jobs, and make the patient have to literally pull information on ones care at AARA.
