I can not explain enough why you should not see this doctor or anyone in his office. First of all they refused my fathers first visit because he only brought 40$ for his copay, and they wanted to charge him $100 dollars. They would not even help him get two refills on his diabetic and Parkinsons meds. Second of all on the second visit when we brought the $100 dollars and I called medicare that day, they still demanded $100 even though medicare said the copay should only be 40$. They were horrible and so rude. They knew they had us and scammed us for money. My father takes 10 medications, and I tried to find a new doctor, but no one could see him. Please beware of this doctors office. They are thieves and do not care if an elderly man has insulin.

Rushed through like another file number instead of being listened to as a person with a unique medical situation...incorrect progress notes and important diagnoses with correct ICD numbers that were supposed to be on the file were not. Felt I was not listened to and no one even looked at the sheets I filled out otherwise they would have caught the medication that was missed when I brought my bottles..Very disappointing..going back asap to rectify and if it is not. I move on to another doctor..Im tired of not voicing my concerns and when I do I am brushed off or not heard.

Dr. Jose Angeles and Abrazo Arrowhead Hospital are one of the worse ever encountered. Misdiagnosis, overbilling of insuruance company and creating fictitious things wrong w/you which are untrue. Uses threats and intimidation when you are a patient there under his care and his associates and refuse to allow you to leave without threaten death on you. Please be aware of this horrible doctor that needs his credentials re-evaluated including overbilling of insurances!
