Very caring and compassionate doctor. I have many medical problems and the doctor takes time to listen and explain the treatment to me at every visit. The office staff is very responsive and always accommodate me if I need same day appointments (Never have a need to go to those expensive urgent cares). They have Doctors only in the office and have NO Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistants.

Every time I call there they either put me on hold or they dont answer. I call during normal business hours and I get the after hours voice mail. I called 13 times at 4 pm and no answer then I get the after hours voicemail. The dr is great but the front people need to figure it out.

I have had serious medical problems & Dr. Bains is very knowledgeable & thorough. I feel lucky to have her as my primary care Dr. The staff at the front desk are extremely busy and also do a good job.
