I have been a patient of Dr. Figueroa for over a year now, Dr. Figueroa is a very good doctor, always takes time to seat with you and explained everything, but the staff is the worse, he used to have to assistants before (Maria and Alondra) that were very good, and very professional, but the ones he have now are two morons that does not know what they are doing, nor they have any interest in learning, before they used to sent the prescriptions directly to the pharmacy of your choice, now they told me they dont do that anymore and when I told them they always did that, they make me believe they did it and when I called the pharmacy they told they did not have anything under my name and started checking on other pharmacies around the area to find out that they only sent one prescription of three to the wrong pharmacy, I am considering not going back, because he could be the best doctor ever, but if his staff is not professional I am not willing to deal with stupidity.

Im sure hes a good doctor, but I dont feel like we have a good enough repoire for me to continue being his patient. I would prefer someone thats more willing to listen and trust what Im saying about myself. I know my body and I dont like being dismissed. So Ill be moving on.

Worst Doctor visit! I went in with my boyfriend for a simple question and he was rude and arrogant, at the end he didnt answered our questions. Such a waste of time and money. Would never go back to this Doctor.

He is a wonderful Doctor. Caught something others had missed for years and takes his time to attend to your needs. I would definitely recommend him!

Bad service over all! The office staff here is so unorganized and rude. I will never go back to this doctors office again worst experience ever!
