Dr. Jugroop, is a good doctor,he listen and takes his job seriously but his staff are pathetic, about 2 week ago, tried calling to get a prescription refill but as usual the phones never get answered and when you opt for option 7, you encounter a dont care mean altitude lady, first she lied to me that they were on lunch break, which was past lunch hour and after a second attempt she tells me they are understaffed as if that any of my problem, and there is no one to help with a prescription refill. I live a good 30 minutes drive, and when I get there they tell me Dr. Jugroop is not in, he will be back in 5 days.I suffer from terrible insomnia and I hadnt slept for 3 straight days my last pill I took was on Thursday and all my effort to get a refill over the phone on Friday were fruitless. The best option the doctor assistant came up with, is to go to my primary care doctor and see if he could write me a prescription, Really? Do you have an idea how much my insurance and I have paid to your office? You are not doing me a favor or giving me free service you better get that in your head. so she tell me, only way to get a prescription refill I have to make an appointment to see the other doctor the next day for a prescription, what a bunch of nonsense. I argued and went back and forth for a good 30 minutes and eventually she brought me a 2 week prescription with a lot of anger expression on her face. Never in my life have I been treated a like a second class patient, but sorry am not and that why I got all copies of my record and I will take my business somewhere else where I will be treated with respect as a paying patient. This office is run by a bunch of pathetic disgruntle employees, please take your business somewhere else where you be treated like someone with value. Simon previous patient
