As for Dr. Lee, he was alright. His staff on the other hand is not. I needed an authorization to see a specialist from him and meanwhile I am in excruciating pain for 11 days while his staff submitted my request to the wrong insurance company, submitted the wrong diagnosis code to my insurance company, etc. etc. I could not believe they took me through this knowing the pain I was in and there was no apology for the errors made. I finally had a top ranked representative from my insurance company deal with the doctors office and get me an appointment and authorization to see the neurologist. While attempting to get the authorization from my PCP, I was hung up on twice, put on hold for 19 minutes (of which I timed). The representative that assisted me from my insurance company had the same experience I had with hang ups, etc. He suggested I change PCP and I have since done so. BEWARE!

This is literally the most difficult doctor I have ever experienced to get a hold of to make an appointment. They never answer their phone, there is no way you can leave a voicemail, it just rings and rings until you eventually hear a fax tone. As of recent, there has been an issue with making an appointment via ZocDoc, as it says they have availability on one screen and on the next they dont. He has been my wife and her familys doctor for years and this is very disappointing.

My mom has been going to dr Lee for 7 years now HE IS A VERY GOOD DR .. but he really needs to hire new staff esp joana she is rude and incompetent..if your not a people person you dont need yo work in a drs office.. DR LEE gets 5 stars ..His Staff gets 1star..

Dr. Lee himself is wonderful, he really cares about the patient. His staff however, is woefully inadequate. They cannot even handle a simple script refill. This has happened more than once. Sadly, I may have to find a good doctor with competent staff.

Dr. Lee is a wonderful doctor. He actually is one of the doctors that will sit and listen to all of your ailments before he tries to diagnose you. Thanks to Dr. Lee I am able to have somewhat of a normal life now. When Im out and about!

We found Dr. Lee during one of my hospital stays. My primary doctor was about to retire. Dr.Lee has really been such a blessing not only to my family but , to my many friends that I have referred to his office.

Trying to get an appt. is troubling. Call multiple times no answer, then call back, busy. Also, he can not take you in case of sickness unless you want to spend the whole day waiting. Time for new doctor.
