its a long story but i was very disappointed everytime i went in to the office, 4 different occassions over a 1 mo period, with my treatment, how well the doctors listened to me and the quality of the office staff. overall i would never tell my friends to go here and i will not be returning...and i had such high hopes after looking at their website, i guess i should have looked at the reviews first as about half are great and the other half are terrible.

Front desk staff often very rude. Dr. Gray is very nice but always in a hurry even when Im early. Ive been late before so can completely understand it then. Even though it takes roughly 3 days, Dr. Grays assistant is the saving grace of the office. She is polite, professional, actually accomplishes a great deal for me and follows through.

Good providers.....just understaffed to take care of follow up calls. Front desk team is hit and miss..........but I go for the overall quality of care. Communication follow up is their really big weak link.
