Where to begin? 1st, good luck having your call answered. Supposedly theyre closed for lunch from 12-1, but Ive called several times at 1:30 or even later and have heard the same phone message saying to call during business hours. They also shut the phones off before 5pm, OFTEN. 2nd, if you strike the lottery and the phone actually rings, good luck on them answering it. 3rd, if somehow a miracle happens and someone picks up, good luck making an appt earlier than 4 weeks out. It just wont happen. As someone who works in health care, I ignored a huge red flag when I walked into my first appointment: Large shelves with filled with paper records. Get an EMR already! It just shows they are unwilling to pay some money to provide better care for patients. As far as I can tell the front desk do everything - scheduling, billing, referrals, checking in patients, the whole bit. Each one of those things should be a separate person to ensure proper patient care. This doctors office is a prime example of what is wrong with health care - the primary care physician serves as a gatekeeper to specialists, but by doing a bad job at it they are acting as a bottleneck. Im going back to Riverside Family Physicians for my primary care needs. Same day appointments, people actually answer their phones, and they have enough staff to actually get things done.

Hahaha I swear Ive seen that fakeass picture of "Nancy" in other places that have FAKE reviews. Of course her name is different lol! Yup 1 month to get appointments in this female dog pound. These people think we actually believe the fake 5 star reviews...

Kevin is right. They never answer the phone and when/if they do, the female dog is just that. She is rude and sounds like she is forced to work here. I doubt these animals have a real medical licence. If they do, it should be revoked!
