From my experience the Doctors here are GREAT!,,, but the office management is horrible. This office gave me a quote over the phone that was far shy of what I ultimately am expected to pay. They made it seem that the blood work and Doctors visit is combined in the same quote however it is not,,, it is totally separate. I do not have insurance and made that clear when I made the appointment. I made it clear that I needed to know the exact amount so I could somehow come up with the money. They gave me the exact figure then changed it when I was done with my visit. The visit was going to hurt me financially however now way more than expected. They have also added more charges to my bill that were never discussed while I was there. How horrible!!! I believe them to be purposely misleading and dishonest using shady business tactics and shady maketing tactics. Also the office manager wouldnt even come out to see me so that I could explain what horrible misleading treatment I was experiencing. Hopefully this is heard by the right people in both departments. In my opinion I was mislead on purpose.

You most likely will WAIT a considerable amount of time to see Dr. Kennett -- but it is well worth the wait! He will question you about your LIFE and give you his full attention. If he is unable to resolve your issue, he will order the proper diagnostics and help you choose the appropriate specialist. His knowledge as an osteopath as well as an internist are great aids in realizing the CAUSE of your symptoms, rather than just TREATING the symptoms. Two thumbs up for Dr. Kennett!

WORST doctor I have ever met in my life. Completely cold, couldnt even say hello. Doesnt get to know you at all, tries to get you out of the office asap. Doesnt seem concerned for your well being. I will NEVER return to go see him. I brought my 2 kids with me and they were being a little fussy nothing to huge and he looks at me and says "maybe you should have 3 or 4 more kids". I couldnt believe that he said that. Very unprofessional to say the least..

I LOVE this doctor! I wish we couldve taken him with when we moved to Indiana!! He was really nice, listened, and he really went out of his way to find out what is going on. I kept having seizures/tremors, and each neurologist I went to, I told him they couldnt figure it out. He was upset that they had such a hard time and couldnt understand it. Had a great sense of humor. Miss him!!

Dr Ronald Kennett is an amazing doctor and I credit him with saving my life more than once. I was a very sick woman when I first moved to Arizona and Dr K was my first doctor. I am 100% better now than what I was back in 2003. The IMS staff working with and under direction of Dr K is also an incredible team of compassionate people.
