My family of four have visited this office on numerous occasions. Majority of our visits have involved waiting in the office to be seen for longer than usual wait times and then feeling rushed by the doctor once we were seen. Out last visit entailed my daughter being sent by mistake to a hematologist due to what the office told us was a abnormal blood test. Turns out test was completely normal and we were misinformed. This cost us having to pay a high specialist fee and worry for nothing. After 10 messages and and email to the office manager (which is what it took to final get a returned call) nothing was resolved. Terrible office and office manager!
