Pretty awful service and staff. Took me hours to be seen for my diabetic ketoacidosis, all the while I could see nurses standing around doing nothing in the ER. All the call lights and monitors on the patients were going off, and never stopped for as long as I was waiting for the ER "team". Heard one of the nurses for the area I was in (ER) insult two ambulance guys for saying "thank you". Looked out after he continued going on complaining to one of the other nurses about being thanked. It was some old, bald guy that looked like he was overworked and burnt out. Sad that they employ these kind of people. Overall, a horrible experience, Ill pay more to go further to a quality hospital.

Started my wonderful trip to the hospital at 9 pm I understood the hospital was very busy and completely understaffed thinking wow couldnt believe it was this busy sent my girlfriend to find help and she spots my doctor and 3 others around each other watching a video on theyre cell phones while I waited an hour for someone to even come back to my room they were on the cell phones total waste of my time and would not recommend coming back very disappointed now leaving at 130am in the morning for only a cold

I have been seen by Dr. Maitem on three occasions over the past several years, and I have always found him to be a superior professional. He has a comforting bedside manner while asking all the right questions and determining the correct approach. I regard him as the EXACT medical professional to see when you have a problem, and he is well suited for the stress of ER situations.
