I dont know about the other reviews posted, but after reading the negative ones, it almost seemed scripted. The reviews were almost purposefully being slanderous to Dr. C. So I had to make a point of writing Dr. C a stellar review. I have been a loyal client of Dr. C since 2000, which makes a total of 14 years so far. I also drive 45 minutes each way to see her and her awesome staff. I have had everything completed from simple teeth cleanings to a crown recently installed due to me cracking a molar. Dr. C has always treated me with the utmost care, always being professional and upfront with my treatments. I will NOT go to anyone else, and have complete trust in her skills and ability to take care of my teeth. Heck, I even got my fiancé hooked, and she will only see Dr. C now, even after being with her dentist for years. If that does not tell you about a persons character, professionalism and skill level, I dont know what will. Dont read other people reviews and make an assumption because they are a lot of bad people out there trying to ruin good persons reputation.

I hav always put off going to dentists because of bad experiences in the past. I recently made an appointment with Dr Chitra Gidwani and her loyal assistant Lauren located 59th ave south of Northern ha.. From the minute i met with Dr Chitra she was kind, compassionate, understanding and came up.with an afforabable plan to gjve me my smile back. These woman are my.Angels. These a angels were able to take my bad teeth and make them look terrific Not only was i happy , but they were both prideful and just as happy how my teeth turned out. Her dentristy skills rock .I dont ever write reviews, but if ur looking for for a caring affordable proffesional dentist Dr Chitra Gidwani is who you need to see. I will go back again with no heisitation or feat and look forwars to seeing them so. Never thought id ever say that about a dentist. Thanks girls. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

Took my mother in law to see Dr. Chitra Gidwani a few weeks ago because she had a previous crown made in Mexico and fell off. My mother in law was very nervous especially because it was a front tooth and was embarrassed to be seen without a front tooth. Dr. Chitra was very nice and making her feel relaxed and explaining to her that she need a root canal and crown. She began to numb and I could tell she was nervous to feel the injection. She closed her eyes and in less than 1 minute it was done and she didnt feel a thing. She loved Dr. Chitra she did a wonderful job with the root canal and new crown. It looks beautiful like nothing ever happened. The staff were wonderful and were helpful scheduling appointments. Overall she was very happy and I quote "it was a wonderful experience and will definitely return".

Luv-It!! ABSOLUTELY Love it! So far I have called the emergency telephone number (twice) (not for work they were responsible for doing)... One call like @ 3am and another before 9am and the Dr. here actually answered both calls... No voicemail!! Wow right?! Any who, my daughter and I being going here for about a month and a half and we love coming here (if one can ever honestly & truly love coming to a dentist ☺)! ABSOLUTELY NO CHEATING PEOPLES insurance company to fatten their pockets. They double and triple checked to make sure I pay EXACTLY WHAT they said my co-pay would be! Come on down and put to rest trying to find a dentist you & your family can Truly Trust!! ☺☺☺☺

I have been a patient since January of 2014. Having had everything done from crowns, root canals, a partial and full plate done. Dr. C. and her staff are the kindest, most professional and most affordable at the same time. They go above and beyond to make sure your care and treatment, as well as your smile will look an feel amazing. Having had a very traumatic experience at a previous dentist, and oral surgery before, I can now say without a doubt that Northside Family Dental Care is the best. I will never go anywhere else!!!

They are amazing. Staff and dentist are caring, kind and helpful. I had a toothache and went to another dentist who tried charging me 5000.00 and wanted to schedule in a month to have my bad tooth removed. They got me in right away charge me a reasonable fee and followed up in a week. I gave out their card and a friend also had a amazing experience. It is hard to find a dentist that cares about the patients not just to get more money out of you. Thanks to northside for being great. I highly recommend them.

Great Office! Convenient Appointments, Ive been coming to Dr.C Gidwani for year back. When I First saw her it was for a deep cleaning I was scared and nervous but I had nothing to worry about I didnt even felt the numbing shots . My Entire Family Comes Here and will continue to do so, My 6 yr Old Daughter looks forward to her appointments and seeing C Gidwani I Would Highly Recommend This Dental Office. Always a pleasure to come in.

Theres a $35 cancellation fee I was unaware about..so when i missed my appointment the receptionist wants to call me and tell me that if i dont go in I have to pay $35!! Girl bye! No one ever mentioned that when I set an appointment! And if I had known that from the begging, I would of NEVER EVER even thought about making them my primary dentist!

Dr.Chitra Gidwani was extremely caring and sensitive to my dental needs. I bring my kids to her and shes done excellent work on them. I highly recommend Dr. Gidwani. Ive been to many other dentist where the staff was very cold. And her staff is very friendly and warm. Her office feels very homely. Thanx Dr. Gidwani! See u next time!

I visited this office for an emergency extraction. They took me in at a moments notice. The extraction was painless. Their office is small but clean and the staff was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this dentist to all and will be using them again in the future

Great service and was honest. Nicely priced also. Even though i have a high pain tolerance she still made sure i wouldnt feel a thing. Fit me in last min and even got an extra filling done in 10 min. Definitely my dentist from now on.
