i have been going to this place about 1 to 3 yrs and the last 4 month i went in therefor my daughter fill in, i was discriminate , humiliated treated like am nobody.i have 5a kids and always took all my kids over there, but that day my daughter have an appointment and i was running late and i called and inform them that i will be 10min late and they said thats fine.So we went in there early that i thought and they call my daughter in i went inside with her the way i usually go in with all my kids, immediately i sit down on the chair on the hallway one of her medical assistant came to me and told me to go outside and wait.I ask her why? before i can even finish the question why ? another one open the door for me to get out then i ask that one thats open the door what have i done wrong that other parent are inside with their kids and she told me that they are little kids.As i went and sit down outside as they told me i was crying and other white parent are going inside with their kids no parent came outside and sit with me.mind you my daughter is 11yrs still inside with them by right shes under age i suppose to stay inside with her.The one that make me cried so bad is when another lady came with his son that i knew might be the-same age with my daughter came went inside too with the son and nobody open the door for her to go outside.i was in shock can"t believe this is actually happening to me.i was wondering maybe because am from Africa for over 14 yrs i came to this country i have never experience something like this in my life.After they finish with my daughter they brought her out she saw me crying and she started sharing tears with me and i told the medical assistance that i want to talk to the doctor with tears all over me and the doctor came i explaining what happen to her at first she try to defend them by saying that does parent that stay inside with their kids are little kids and i ask her what about the other parent that i knew his son might be the same age with my daughter and she said let me go back and find out what happen.I told her ask them in-front of me which she did not .Make me think shes aware maybe that"s how she want them to start operating.I specifically ask this doctor what have i done wrong that am not a trouble person and she told me you did nothing wrong.Mind you we all love this Dr so much i was telling my daughter to look at her as a role model that shes very smart and young .I told my daughter that i will like her to be a doctor like her and she promise me that she will try.Come back to my story that day was the worst day of my life although the Dr called me in the evening and apologize to me.But two week am not with my self i pray that nobody will go through this type of discrimination.I know who am serving the almighty Father if this continued one day they will do it to the wrong person. The only thing i know is that i will never go over there anymore if you are black mostly from Africa be careful going over they.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Solomon Pediatric dentistry! The office is such a fun interactive place for kids. I do wish that the shows they put on the TVs were more educational, but kids are sometimes nervous at the dentist, so I can understand the need for entertaining shows. The waiting room is always clean and organized. The dental staff are the ones that steal the show! The dental assistants are always super friendly to my daughters and they are interactive with them; asking them about school; how old they are; what they like for fun. Keeps them focus on something other than their teeth cleaning. They really know what they are doing. Dr. Shari and Dr. Solomon are wonderful. We have since moved away from the Phoenix valley, and we were sad to leave our pediatric dentist office. I wish I could have taken them with me when we moved! Thanks Solomon Pediatric Dentistry!

The best dentist! I wish I would have found him sooner. My son is terrified of going to the dentist. His procedure made him very nervous today but everything went wonderful!!! Thank you so much Dr . Solomon for taking care of my son his procedure was a cap and pulled 2 teeth. You really took the time to explain everything and made us feel at ease. Everyone was great especially the anesthesiologist he was great and calmed my son down and truly cared... thank you so much I was so thankful I was referred to by my sister! Its so worth driving 45 mins away knowing my son will be in the best hands! Thank you again!

So far so good my first visit here Dr. Solomon was very informative I am giving it the 3 stars only because during our wait I was starting to write a review when we were called back as I was walking back into the waiting area I was approached by the Dr. and was asked to remove my review as it made the office look bad this came as a shock to me as i was unaware of my pocket pressing once realizing it i am now a little worried as to why the Dr. Who was on his way to work on my 18 month under anesthesia was approaching me about a star

Disappointed so far.... This office claims they are back logged a month so it took that long for my 8 year old to get an apt with them. Our appointment is scheduled for tomorrow and I get a call today saying they have to canx his apt since there is a problem with them verifying insurance. She says she has been on hold for 45 mins but when I call my insurance I get a person in 5 mins telling me there is no problem with coverage. We have waited a month to be seen.... This should have been squared away when I made the apt A MONTH AGO!

Very impressed at this dental office I am very glad I went there and used them as a second opinion for my daughters toothache. Their front desk and insurance billing staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful and very accommodating. I will definitely be bringing my other two children there for their first dentist appointment. They treated my daughter like it was one of their own. Solomon Dental thank you we will see you next week ticket procedure is done. I seen mrs. Sherry and she was fantastic

Just took my 3 year old for a new patient appointment. The front desk were very friendly and the waiting room was clean with toys and video games for the kids. We had no waiting time and were seen right away. The assistant did a great job. Dr Solomon was wonderful. Very patient and very informative appointment. We will definitely be coming here as long as we live in the area.

We absolutely love this dentist office. Both Dr Solomon and his daughter are wonderful, and they have an amazing staff as well. They get us in and out quickly, usually able to do all of my kids at the same time (which is great for me, as a mama of 4!). They do a very thorough checkup in a quick and timely manner. Clean office and friendly staff! A+ in my book :)
