Dr. Chandler Townsend and his entire staff is amazing, caring, friendly, professional, Quickly gets problems solved, Gentle and compassionate, works with my schedule. I had several tooth pain and cracked missing filling in one tooth and had to get them fix before moving to another state, The team figured out my problems quickly made temporary cap and bridge the same day, created my permanent cap and crown in two weeks. Even welcomed me when I had a fluke pain and never made me feel un-welcomed or that they did not have time for me. Even when the bridge was done, Dr. Townsend did not think it was good enough, He wanted perfection for me. It made me feel like the most valuable patient. Definitely recommend this Dental office for the entire family care. Excellent care, Thank you Dr. Chandler Townsend and entire staff. I love Murray Dental Care. I will miss you in the short time I got to meeting and visit you. God Bless you all.

Over the weekend, I had tooth pain. It started out as just a little pressure, but as the weekend went on, the pain grew into a sharp stabbing pain. By Sunday night, I was in tears because the pain was so bad. I called Murray Dental Care because they were the only emergency dental clinic I could find. Dr Townsend was so kind and professional. He met me at his clinic and found a dead tooth that had abscessed and infected the jaw bone. He did a partial root canal and put in a temporary filling until I could get in touch with my insurance company to take care of the rest. He was so good that I felt nothing. Ive never done a root canal before and I was scared to death, but both he and his assistant made sure I was calm and ok throughout the whole procedure. He made sure I had his personal cell phone number and even called me the next day to make sure I was doing ok and that I slept well. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a dentist in my adult life. Thank you, Dr. Townsend.

I am so grateful there are offices like Murray dental care. It was such an inviting atmosphere. They offer complimentary amenities in their waiting room such as water, tea, and coffee. The staff is both professional and fun to engage with and they really care about what they are doing. Very personable and thorough. I was worried that I had a filling loose and they took the time to check and double check and even triple check to make sure everything was okay. They gave me the simple peace of mind that the filling was in fact just fine. They then took it a step further to do a fully comprehensive exam to make sure my dental health was at its optimal and I left there not only with clean teeth, but a better feeling about my dental health overall. They have a quality over quantity mentality and I could not be more pleased with how affordable their care plans are. They surpassed any expectation I could have ever had!

Wow, WoW, WOW..simply put. Honest, caring, fast and friendly service. A tooth had broke some time ago..I let it go because there wasnt any discomfort at the time..over time the discomfort started to increase. Set an appt on Saturday ( thats right Saturday) as it is practically the only time I can do it. Root canal and temp crown..in and out..absolutely no pain nor discomfort...my main issue resolved. 2 Weeks later...permanent crown set and cleaning again on a Saturday. Not only that but they do have extended hours during the week to accommodate. Please..take my advice..run run run dont walk for any dental needs or concerns you may have with this facility. They are not pushy into providing services you dont need or want and they presented me with two options (the payment bill) before any work was done. With that in mind I can honestly say they do put the patient first. Thanks everyone!

I got a deep cleaning done recently, and I have nothing but good things to say. When the dentist administered the anesthetic (usually this is the worst part for me) honestly it was pretty much painless, and after the anesthetic wore off I felt no pain, if anything my mouth was a little sensitive but, it didnt bother me at all. My whole experience overall was amazing. The office environment is very friendly, and welcoming. Not only is the office beautiful but, the staff there are truly the most caring, and in my opinion they are the most wonderful dental team ever assembled. The dental assistant Sherida is truly a gem she always makes sure you are comfortable. The Dentist Dr. Townsend is amazing as well. He is very friendly, and clearly knows what he is doing, while really caring about your overall well being. Murray Dental Care is truly top quality dentistry.

The staff was very very nice and I loved the atmosphere and it makes me really sad to give a bad review because the staff is all so lovely. I went in for a cleaning a few months ago and found out I had a few cavities (my bad) and so I made an appointment to have them filled. And everything went fine during both my appointments, but after I noticed an ache in my teeth that had the cavities filled. It didnt go away so I went to my dentist that I usually go to back in my home town, and they said that my bite was a little off cause the filling wasnt filed down correctly. So they filed it and said if the hurting doesnt go away in a few weeks I need to get a root canal, so long story short Im going in to get a root canal because when Murray Dental Care did my fillings they damaged the nerve in my tooth.

With one day notice, Dr. Townsend and his dental assistant scheduled me for a 10 pm appointment on a Saturday night, no less, to do an emergency tooth extraction. He and his assistanr were extremely polite and professional, and made me feel completely at ease in spite of the late hour. Before doing the extraction, a set of x-rays were taken to determine exactly what was going on, using state-of-the-art equipment. Following the extraction, Dr. Townsend prescribed medications for after-care. As I drive for a living, it was very important that this be done so as to not be distracted from my driving by tooth pain. I truly appreciate their being willing to come in even at that late hour!

We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Townsend he is absolutely the most amazing and caring Dentist that we have ever worked with.. After surgically removing 2 of my husbands teeth early Saturday morning Dr Townsend sent a text that evening saying "Hey Mike. This is Dr Townsend. Its late so I wont disturb you with a phone call. I just wanted to make sure things are feeling okay and that you will be able to sleep tonight. If anything is really uncomfortable, please feel free to text me or call. Have a good night!" WOW!! To me that is caring like you are family! I am so impressed and grateful at the attention that the Dentist and the office staff has shown our family!! Thank you! The Draper Family!!
