Called yesterday complaining of molar toothache. Wanted extraction.I was told doctor had to see me to give a price. Given a 9am appt today.Called back for x-rays at 10:04 and finally saw the doctor at 10:35 to find out I dont qualify for the basic cleaning that comes with the $29 special above. My gums indicate a deep cleaning necessary. I had a cleaning just shy of 6 months ago. Im wondering if anyone qualifies for the basic cleaning. I was told that the dentist who could possibly pull my tooth is out of the office and the oral surgeon who could also pull my tooth is only there on Mondays. I need to be referred to an endodontist or a oral surgeon. Afterward I can come back for a deep cleaning for $140. I got a prescription for antibiotics and pain meds until I can get in with referred office. I left that office at 11:53 with 2 prescriptions less $29 and information i already new. I think I could have been told that extractions are handled by their oral surgeon and I need to make an appt with him and that root canals are done in two parts one there and one part by an endodontist. I think this is just a way to inflate the cost of a root canal. In the past my root canals where done at one location by one dentist. Im disappointed and dont think this was worth my time or money. I still need to get my tooth taken care of.

I would never recommend this office to anybody my husband went for a extraction and a deep cleaning when he went dentist was jumping from person to person during surgery and nurses were rude. The next day my husband looked in his mouth and his tooth was still in there they only took the top part of his tooth off. When i called to let them know they asked me to take my husband in so they could look i told them that i would have to be in the room they said it was ok but when we got there the receptionist were wonderful but the assistants walk around with sour faces dont even smile. they wanted to make me leave the room while they take x-ray when i refused they got all rambo at me like by law you cant be in the room because of radiation that is bs if you are in a room with radiation you can put a gown on to protect yourself i have been to enough dentist and doctors to know better i told my husband lets leave since they refuse to take the x ray with me in the room when i did that the dentist came tried to make seem like they did nothing wrong and it was jaw bone and he signed a consent form that stated their may be complications well half a tooth is not a complication they will be hearing from our lawyer and will be going to a different dentist the back office is dirty wires all over the floor does not look or feel very clean

I initially scheduled my tooth extraction for a different day at a closer DC dental location but from dealing with horrible deep pain that kept me up at night, taking multiple medications just for it to feel normal again I called DC dental the location by my house asking if there was any location I could go to to get this tooth extraction the same day due to unbearable pain. Receptionist was super friendly and gave me a quick call back to let me know 7th ave and southern location would be available. It was out of my way and a little ways to travel but I accepted and Im so glad I did! Receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable. Staff was friendly! Dr chang was kind! Being my first tooth extraction I was extremely nervous but staff made it comfortable and explained everything to me. Dr Chang removed the tooth with no pain and now I am pain free!! He was very careful and explained steps following extraction. This location was definitely out of my way but I would gladely travel back ☺

After having a tooth filled one week later the tooth broke while I was eating soft food. I called DC dental they looked at the broken tooth and said there not responsible and I need an expensive root canal and crown. I went to a good dentist for a second opinion and he did a crown with no root canal. I told DC dental I wanted a refund for the tooth. I spent over $600 but was asking for $125 refund. I called three times and all three times they said the person I needed to talk to was gone and they would call me back. It took over a month for them to call me back only after I contacted better business bureau. They told me they would refund my money but it was my fault the tooth broke and they didnt do anything wrong. The customer service here is awful and the two times I went here. The drills for your teeth and chairs you sit in were broken. Be careful who you let work on your teeth. Go to a real dentist that has people that who care and know how to do their job.

I had been looking around for a good LOW budget dental office i was trying to save money. Everywhere i called not only were way too expensive but only had week away appointments, and receptionist i spoke to were not very friendly or willing to work with me. When i read reviews for DC dental I choose to call and see for myself if it was what i was looking for. I called and looked no more! Great QUALITY service at LOW prices! Got a same day appointment and was treated by a kind, and understanding staff. I have already sent a few friend and family to be a part of this GREAT DENTAL EXPERIENCE! I took my 18 month old daughter to DC Dental this morning and was welcomed by the two receptionist in front. Aside from filling out standard paperwork (first timers), we didnt wait long. We were ushered back by the dental assistant Griselda who was nice. Dr.Jafari was so nice and professional. My daughter was a little scared even with me holding her, but both Dr.Jafari and Griselda were patient and gentle with her. I definitely recommend this office and will be making an appointment for her older brother soon.

Dr. Bae really changed my perspective on dentistry. At my past two previous dental offices it seemed like they wanted to charge my insurance and I as much as possible even when the majority of the procedures werent needed. Dr. Bae explained to me exactly what he was doing during each visit and asked about the procedures rather than instructing me that I would get this done. I highly recommend going to this office and asking for him.

After a minor mix mix up on who was doing what the previous weekend I saw Dr Bae to have several teeth extracted this Tues (12/31). Everyone was polite, orderly, and very efficient. Both staff working on me keep checking to see if I was ok and pain free. As Im antsy about the dentist and having that much work done they kept me nice and calm and we whipped right through it faster then I thought we would. Id recommend them.
