Hi , I would like to take the time to explain how awesome Dr. Sroujieh and all his staff are.. first of all I am still young and dont have dental insurance I didnt take great care of my teeth as a child and also began smoking young.. I needed 8 teeth pulled and implants put in at best.. Im not rich Im a single dad and things can be tight at times.. Dr. Sroujieh reached out to me... he offered to help me with my situation and was willing to work with me on payment options.. how awesome was that I thought.. the next day Amber called me to set an appointment. When I went in I was greeted with kindness and smiles, a pretty awesome staff, I felt at ease.. they were understanding and explain everything to you.. when I met the doctor he was also a person to relate to me and has an awesome attitude, friend type not dentist type, totally cool. Totally comfortable.. I highly recommend going to A Gentle Smile Dental Center.

I got veneers from this place a year and a half ago. One popped out and I called them NUMBEROUS times since they mentioned if one of them came off they would gladly put it back. This occurred early morning. No phone call at all. I had to find another dentist who told me the veneer was put on incorrectly and thats why it popped out. That dentist told me all he could do was make it into a crown for the improper veneer placement. Almost $2k more from the dentist that had to fix it!!! Gentle smile left me a voicemail at 4:56pm that day to advise me they were under new management and they had received my voicemail for the dental emergency I had, that I could call them and they would assist me. I would just have to call them before 5pm!!!!! Just wow!!!! Veneers are supposed to last at least 7 years!!! No way did they do their job properly.

Sroujieh Ghassan is unethical in his business practices and he owes our company $80.00. I met the dentist, Sroujieh Ghassan or Gus as he calls himself, late one evening because he needed an estimate for window tinting right away. We were told we were more expensive and he wanted us to match. I told him we couldnt match without proof. Gus accepted and asked us to complete the job. We completed the job and there has been an $80.00 balance for 109 days because Gus will NOT provide proof of a competitor price. Gus mentions a light gap on the edge of the blackout film. This is standard installation and Glass companies recommend NOT cutting out rubber gaskets. Caulking the light gap was NOT included in the bid.

Dont walk but run away! 1st I was told that they give a discount for cash so I paid for an X-ray and teeth cleaning. After they gave me an X-ray they said that I needed $4900 worth of dental work. And they would give me a WHOLE $100 off for paying cash. They said I needed work that I did NOT need. They also got pissed off when I said $4900 was too much, and then they gave me attitude and never did the teeth cleaning I paid for. I went to another dentist who did the work I needed for $1000. I went back and asked this place for a refund, they told me they would talk to the owner and call me back. It never happened. This place is dead as a door nail, they will be out of business soon.

Going to A Gentle smile was entirely pleasant. The staff are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My mouth didnt hurt at all after my cleaning for the first time in my life. They explained to me and showed me pictures about my teeth when I asked, answered any and all questions I had. Simply marvelous. I would voluntarily go there every day just to hang out with them. Such a friendly and awesome environment. If I ever move, I would actually consider driving or flying back to see the doctor 2 times a year, thats how good he is.Go here!
