Prior to my visit to Delicate Dental it had been around 12 years since my last visit to a dentist. My previous idea of visiting a dentist was lots of pain and lots of shaming. As you can imagine, after 12 years of neglect I was feeling pretty ashamed and I did not want or need to be scolded by anyone. Nobody knew better than me that I had failed to be responsible with my oral health and my previous dentist would have scolded me like a child, as was the norm at that office. I was having jaw pain which I thought might have been TMJ so I stopped in at DD after work one day to get it checked out. The staff was so sensitive to my anxiety that it helped me to make the decision to get back on track with taking care of my teeth. My previous dentist did not care about your comfort, you got a single numbing local shot in each quadrant and if you were still feeling pain, well, too bad. 1 shot in each quadrant is not nearly enough for someone with bad gums. I wasnt counting, but DD must have given me at least 15 to 20 locals and they just kept going until I confirmed I could feel nothing. After that, they spent about 4 hours removing 12 years worth of hardened build-up from my teeth while I watched a ceiling-mounted TV with the remote in-hand. They did have the talk at the end where they tell you how important it is to have proper home care, but not once was I made to feel like a child being reprimanded. These people really go out of their way to make sure, and keep making sure, that you are comfortable throughout your visit. You would think this would be common-sense since dental offices are just businesses, which exist to make money, but in my past experience dentists dont commonly follow this practice. I am very happy to have found Delicate Dental and they will be receiving my familys business from here on out.

Delicate Dental fixed my issue, but... Thats about it. I had to have a tooth extracted I was kept in an incredibly old dental chair for over an hour while the dentist worked on someone else. I had an infection in my mouth she sent me home with no antibiotics I had to call back for them to do what they should have done in the first place.To make matters worse I have a $50 copay this office made me pay $113 and told me that I needed to come back the next day to pay them an additional $20. They NEVER submitted my claim until I called and asked why. Come to find out out I financially was only responsible for $78 of the entire bill. I feel this dental office is untrustworthy and unethical.

My first visit to this office. I had my teeth cleaned, x-rays taken and Dr. Daniels did my examination. I can not say enough how pleased I am by the total experience. From calling in making my appointment, the front office ladies were great, my hygienist did a great job with the x-rays and the cleaning. Dr. Daniels took her time with me discussing my dental needs and my questions. In the past I have not been able to find a dentist office that really cared for the patient. This is a great office. I highly recommend Delicate Dental.

Awesome experience. From the moment you walk in until you leave, you are treated with kindness and respect by all employees. From the reception to the chair, nothing but professional service with a smile. Dr. Melissa Daniels rocks it. Wonderful personality and extra gentle care for her patients. I wouldnt hesitate to refer all my friends to this practice. This has now become my go to place for dental care. Thank you one and all!!!

I was very apprehensive going in for this treatment on my teeth. It has been a very long time since Ive been to a dentist. The team at Delicate Dental put me at ease. I received excellent service and highly recommend them to anyone. I am sending my daughter Jlynn Geniac to them soon because I know she will receive superior care there. I also want to make sure I get my granddaughter there as well.

I had a wonderful first experience here. I was welcomed by a receptionist who was more than willing to help me through the paperwork process. Dr. Daniels was very thorough and professional and gave me my options for tackling my dental needs. My children are also seen by this doctor. My daughter loves Dr. Daniels demeanor and I will recommend all my friends to go to this office.

They held true to their name....Delicate Dental was great and delicate on my sensitive teeth! I appreciated how each staff member was professional & polite. A big shout out to Anthony for how he handled a very nervous boy! I was waiting for my daughters braces adjustment and I could overhear how he delicately spoke to the boy and calmed his nerves.

My daughter needed an emergency root canal. They saw her same day..received insurance authorization thr next and had her taken care of thr next day. She hates the dentist but they made her very comfortable and she felt harsly anything. Great experience and will use them again.

The staff and Dr. Melissa Daniels are amazing! They are helpful, friendly, and really listen to you! The best part is my kids like to go to this office. Even my 9 year old daughter who loathes the dentist doesnt want to see anyone else except for Dr. Melissa Daniels!

I recently had a dental emergency. Dr Gardner not only was able to fit me in but was very gentle in fixing my problem. Front office and support staff were all very friendly too. I will use this office as my dental office going forward.
