I originally went to this office for some dental related pain. I had expected to have an extraction done. Dr. Hariri gave me a dental treatment plan that included the following: 9 fillings, 5 root canal/crown build ups, and a deep cleaning. I agreed to this treatment plan, even though I was suspicious of the root canals. I have heard all the horror stories from family and friends, and my anxiety about dentists was bad enough. The initial treatments went well, and I figured I was squared away. About two months after all of this, I began having a deep, throbbing pain in the only molar to recieve a root canal. I was unable to get in to see Dr. Hariri at the time, so I went to the Glendale OnCall Dental Urgent Care center. They told me I may need to have a root canal retreatment, as a canal may have been missed. I made a follow up appointment with Dr. Hariri, and when I went to see him, before he looked in my mouth or at my xrays, he told me that the root canal was successful and that that tooth was not the one bothering me because there was no nerve in there to be bothered. He found a cracked filling in the premolar next to it, said that was the problem, fixed it, and I went about my day. Two days later, back in the same position. Went for a third opinion, and low and behold, Dr. Hariri DID miss a canal, and it was infected beyond belief. Now having no faith in root canal therapy, at least for molars, I opted for extraction. When the missed canal was removed, it was so packed full of locked in infection that the root itself was the diameter of a pencil. I was deeply offended that Dr. Hariri had so much personal pride in himself that he wouldnt even entertain my suggestions. In every molar I have had extracted, they all had 4 canals instead of the usual 3. And all the canals had a bizzare shape to them. I will be taking all my dental issues and needs to the Tempe OnCall Dental location, with Dr. Harris, or I will go to his office, Harris Dental, in Scottsdale, if need be, to see a dentist who actually listens to me and verifies my concerns. He made the process of the extraction as painless as possible, physically and emotionally. He could tell I was frustrated with the pain of the tooth, and with my previous ignorant and prideful treatment. I will not be taking my money or self back to Dr. Hariri at Metro Dental Care, and will be dissuading friends and family from going to his practice in the future.

My personal experience with Metro Dental Center has been one of positive experiences and not as an employee but as a patient. Dr. Hariri has always shown compassion and professionalism as well as taken the time to be very informative and always very conservative. he has done many dental procedures on me, my family , and many friends for over 3 years now. I have been in the dental field for over 28 years and truly know good dentistry from bad dentistry. I have the utmost confidence and trust that not only will I get quality care from Dr. Hariri but also that the care will be affordable without substituting lesser quality materials. As an employee for Metro Dental Center I have yet to encounter a dental situation that Dr. Hariri has not resolved personally. any concerns that a patient has had, he has welcomed to come into his office and discuss with satisfactory results.

Metro Dental Center is my number one location for all my dental needs not just for me, but my family and friends as well. Dr. Hariri is both professional and very knowledgeable of his practice. I feel comfortable every time Im in the dental chair. Contrary to others, Dr. Hariri is an an honest and compassionate dental care provider. I know of multiple stations where significant discounts were applied to a patients portion just to get them out of pain and provide the help they need. Metro Dental is very affordable and accepts most dental plans. Metro Dental Center worked with me when I didnt have insurance, by offering an affordable and easy payment plan - they have also done the same for my referrals. Consider this dental office when looking for a secure place for dental treatment.

I have been getting my dental work for the past 10+ years exclusively from Dr. Hariri at Metro Dental and I will continue to go there as long as Im alive! The practice is run very well with good customer service, good aftercare and follow up, very clean and professional, fair pricing, and top of the line dental work.Other dental practices Ive been to in the past made me feel like theyd do anything they could to bill my insurance for needless procedures but Dr. Hariri is very practical and listens to me when I have input. With Metro Dental Center Ive had many implants-- they look fantastic and the procedure was always easy. Dr. Harir is a very good doctor and I would recommend him to anyone in the Phoenix Metro Valley area.

Dr. Hariri has been my familys long time dentist and I will never switch to another practice. Ive moved out of state but still continue to do my dental work at his establishment. This is for many reason; he is thorough, direct, has very fair pricing, is practical, and his work is always very, very good. Dr Hariri was super nice and friendly. He took his time and gave me additional shots to make sure I was numb for my root canal. I was pretty nervous and he kept reassuring me I was going to be ok and made me comfortable. He was able to save my tooth even though it was pretty tricky. Ill be back to replace my old fillings with pretty new natural ones! All the staff were happy to help and all very professional! Highly recommended!
