The office was quite busy when I went in for an adjustment on my glasses. I was verbally acknowledged immediately upon walking in. I was directed to where I could have a seat and was helped very shortly thereafter. Everybody seemed to be handling himself or herself well even though they looked like they were experiencing a bit of a rush. I was in and out in 5 or 6 minutes and was very impressed with the competent employees. She did a great job on my glasses as well. All of this and I had never been there before.

Very Professional and friendly staff. I took my whole family in for exams and found only a few of us needed glasses. They just called us recently to remind us of our annual exams that need to be made. Other places Ive been dont give that extra attention to their patients. And as a wife and a mother of 4, I think that is very helpful. One less thing for me to keep track of. :)

For almost 3 years now I have had some nagging issues with my contacts. On my first visit to Dr. Watkins, he picked up on a couple issues with my prescription and contact lense base curve that made all the difference in the world. I would absolutely recommend him!

Dr. Watkins is AMAZING and very professional! 25+ years of me wearing contact lenses and this is by far the best experience. The staff is great and very hard working. I highly recommend Laveen Total Eye Care.
