I went to the office to have a crown put on a tooth. They prepped the tooth and put on a temp crown, no problem. A few weeks later I went back and the dentist removed the temp and stuck a rolled up gauge soaked in some solution in my mouth and left me with this for 30 mins, he came back and put the perm crown in. A few days later my mouth was extremely sore, I got infection in that tooth. Now I can understand if I would have gotten infection right after I had the temp put in, but why after a perm crown? What was in that solution? So my mouth was extremely sore and of course it was the weekend, I tried calling them and got a answer machine to call during working hours, (do not believe what you see what they post for their hours they are not there a lot of Fridays or Sats, nor do they open early. First thing on that Monday I called them and told them that I needed an appointment asap as my mouth was sore and infected, well the earliest that I could get in was Weds. So I could not work Monday or Tues, sat around and just about od on Tylenol. Big mistake if it hurts go somewhere anywhere to get it fixed. So I go on that Weds, they packed the tooth with antibiotics and give me several prescriptions for pain.Which of course all of this treatment I had to pay for $145 plus the drugs. Then the dentist said that the next tooth needed a crown as the filling was deep and should be removed and like a fool I am I said sure but did ask him if that last tooth looked ok and he said no problems with it. So he did the prep, they did the deep cleaning and the assistant put on the temp crown. When the assistant was putting on the temp she stated well the next time you come back the dentist will talk to you about that last tooth up there. I go why he said there was nothing wrong with it, she then informed me that because it was so close to the other tooth that was worked on that now it need work......huh??? so what happened? between the dentist the hygienist or the assistant one of them cracked that tooth. I was confused and upset, I went home and of course the next day around the temp crown it felt like something was hanging down in my mouth so I started putting and string was coming out, that packing string of some sort that they use, so once again all weekend I was pulling that string out of my mouth, my gum was sore from this. When I finally went back for my last visit to get my crown I first asked the dentist what was wrong with that back tooth, he said it was cracked and part of the filling came out, I confronted him and asked how come this happen because he had told me that tooth was ok and his assistance told me that working on the other tooth made this one cracked, he said no that could not have been caused by that. I then told him about pulling the string out of my tooth, he said why didnt I call, (sure after hours or wait 3 days to get in forget it I can handled that myself) . But then went on to state look what I did when you had infection in your gums I helped you out.....sure but it cost me....I could have went anywhere and should have. Bottom line Sloppy work, get your credit card out it will cost you big bucks, you think you are getting just one tooth worked on by the time you are done you will have all your teeth worked on, nothing is their fault. That last tooth I will see a different dentist and get just that done, will never let a dentist do any deep cleaning in my mouth again or poke around. Just xrays I will decide for myself what I have done.

THE ONLY REASON I WENT TO THIS PLACE IS BECAUSE IT IS A COUPLE BLOCKS FROM WHERE I LIVED. I SHOULD OF RESEARCH THIS PLACE BEFORE I HAD WORK DONE USUALLY I DO ON COMPANIES. I FELT A FEW RED FLAGS THAT I WISH I LISTEN TO, BUT I GAVE IT THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. FIRST THE RECEPTIONIST IS A LITTLE RUDE AND RUSHY FLAG #1 SECOND THE DENTAL X RAY TECH GIRL IS A NOVICE FLAG # 2 THIRD THE DENTAL ASSISTANT WAS A ABSOLUTE NOICE IT WAS HER FIRST DAY ON THE JOB AND A EXPERIENCE ASSISTANT HAD TO WALK HER THRU ON WHAT TO DO ON ME FLAG #3. FOURTH WHEN THE DENTIST CAME IT TO DO MY DEEP CLEANING HE WAS NONCHALANT AND COCKY HE WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ME WHEN I TOLD HIM I DONT HAVE A CAVITY AND GAVE ME A FEELIN ANYWAY AND HE CONTRADICT HIMSELF SEVERAL TIMES WHEN WE WERE DISAGREEING ABOUT BRIDGE WORK. THIS WAS THE BIGGEST FLAG I DID NOT GET BRIDGE WORK BY THE WAY. HE SOUNDED LIKE I NEEDED BRIDGE WORK THEN HE SAID I DONT NEED IT, I HAD A FEELING HE JUST DIDNT WANT TO DO IT AT ALL, HE TALKED HIMSELF OUT OF MONEY DUMB ASS DENTIST. HE LOOKED YOUNG PERSIAN OR MIDDLE EASTERN MAN DARK HAIR BUT ONE OF HIS EYEBROWS AND LASHES ON ONESIDE OF HIS FACE WAS WHITE. I WANTED TO ASK WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM OR WAS HE BORN LIKE THAT. IF YOU GET THIS GUY JUST LOOK AT HIS EYEBROWS. WELL AFTER THE DEEP CLEANING MY MOUTH AND GUMS WERE VERY SORE I WAS IN A LOT OF PAIN NOW I HAD SEVERAL DEEP CLEANINGS BEFORE AT OTHER DENTAL PLACES BUT THIS ONE GAVE ME THE MOST PAIN. MY MOUTH STARTED BLEEDING AT HOME ALOT,I CALLED BRIGHT NOW IN MESA SPOKE TO KAREN SHE SAID YOU ARE FINE DONT WORRY THATS NOT WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR. EVENUALLY THE BLEEDING STOP, BUT THE PAIN DIDNT GO AWAY UNTIL A FEW DAYS LATER LIKE A WHOLE WEEK LATER. I HAD TO SCHEDULE REGULAR CLEANING EVERY 4-6 MOS. MY FIRST REG CLEANING I MADE SURE IT WILL NOT BE BY THAT DENTIST. IT WAS WITH A HYGIENST SHE WAS VERY THOROUGH, BUT SHE TALKS ALOT DURING THE CLEANING AND ASK YOU QUESTIONS KNOWING I CAN NOT ANSWER WITH ALL THE TOOLS IN MY DAMN MOUTH. ALSO SHE MAKES YOU FEEL GUILTY FOR NOT TAKING CARE OF YOUR MOUTH AND TEETH I DIDNT COME HERE TO BE SCRUTINIZE AND PUT ON BLAST I ALREADY FEEL BAD ENOUGH I HAVE TO COME HERE. NOW SINCE I HAVE MOVED TO GILBERT IM GOING TO HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER DENTAL PLACE THIS TIME I WILL INVESTIGATE THE COMPANY AND READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE I STEP FOOT IN THE BLDG.

While the quality of dental care is good, I am very dissatisfied with the overall business attitude of this office. Individual employees are usually very friendly, but when its time to visit the front desk for payment beware because you are not a patient, you are a wallet. Antoinette (I think her name is) is AWESOME! But the business manager will keep her head on even the seasoned desk personnell and be sure you are pressured into what SHE wants you to do.... not what YOU want to get done. Lord knows I can see no reason to require an expensive cleaning BEFORE getting fillings done. And when I wanted a more basic cleaning rather than the deep cleaning I was told they couldnt do that. Of course not.... it would have saved me $180. I am going elsewhere. Found a dentist that actually does all his own work. Not liking this modern 18 people doing 18 little things. Give me one good dentist that gets the job done NOW.
