Please do not take your children to this location! I made the mistake of switching to ABC Dentistry on Signal Butte recently and will not be back. My children went in for a normal cleaning and when we got to the car, were in tears! The hygentist who worked on them was rough when flossing, jamming the floss in and out, was harsh with the pick they use to scrape the teeth and had to ask the dentist how to use the floride and two kids ended up with it all over thier face when they came out. While I understand that some level of discomfort is expected, one childs mouth hurt so bad that she couldnt eat anything for dinner but soup 4 hours later! This hygentist was not caring and certianly did not seem the have the disposition for a pediatric dentist office. I called the office and I was finally able to talk to the dentist the following day. I was direct and repeated the experience my children described and let him know this was not acceptable. He apologized and said he would address the concerns. Not 2 weeks later, I recieved a letter from J. Braden Michuad DDS stating that because the dentist-patient relationship had deteriorated, he was discontinuing care for my children and cancelled my appointments. ARE YOU JOKING? Instead of caring about the negative experience my children had and addressing it so that no other family went through the same thing, he choose to AVOID the conflict like a coward. This shows that he does not care how his staff treat the children. If you have to go to this location, go back with your children and watch the dentist and staff like a hawk so this doesnt happen to your children

I took my son to another dentist when he turned 1 and was not impressed. We have been going to ABC Dentistry ever since then and I have loved every visit with my two children over the last 5 years. They are so efficient and good with the kids. My children LOVE to go to the dentist and are so comfortable there. We are in and out quickly every time. We have seen a few different dentists at this office and I like that they all explain things to me. When my son had a cavity Dr. Richard told me it was very small and we might be better to wait 6 months when my son was a little more mature and could do it just with laughing gas instead of anesthesia. I so appreciated his honesty that saved me and my son from further expense and trauma instead of just trying to get as much money as possible from us. When my son fell and hit his tooth at school, they squeezed in last minute at the Queen Creek office and they were equally wonderful. Even though my son has had work done twice now, when we there a couple weeks ago he was showing his sister the hallway with the rooms they do that in and didnt seem to have any fear and anxiety. Love this office and the care they take with my kids!

We have three children, ages: 6, 4 & 1. Our oldest is autistic and we were so stressed about trying to find a dentist who could handle our special needs child. Luckily, we hit the jack pot with ABC Dentistry! Unlike the peditricians office, our babes never cry or scream when we pull up to the dentists office. They love the iPads and fish aquarium in the lobby! More important, they are completely at ease with all the staff and dentists who are completely understanding and do a wonderful job explaining to our kiddos exactly whats happening throughout the entire visit. Our autistic child once had to be sedated in order to take care of a cavity. We REALLY appreciated that we were given a few choices as to how to take care of the cavity. We never felt pressured to do something that we felt was not right for our babe. Everyone did a great job helping our babe feel comfortable and at ease. ...They even made sure that we (the parents) were okay and not worried about our babe. Lastly, the billing department is easy to reach and friendly even when disscussing sensitive financial issues. A+ all around...from our children AND us! We are a family that loves ABC Dentistry! :)

We drive well over 30 minutes to reach this office, and it is completely worth it! The dentists, assistants, and front office staff at ABC Dentistry for Children are absolutely amazing. I am always impressed by their patience with children (even my often screaming 4 year-old), their compassion for the childs physical and emotional well-being, as well as their professional knowledge. At our most recent visit, my 7 year-old daughter had to have a baby tooth extracted. To say she was nervous is an understatement. The assistants and the dentist did everything in their power to ease her fears and make her comfortable. Everything was turned into a game to make the fear and uneasiness disappear. The dentist (Dr. Braden) distracted her with the "Hokey Pokey" song and the tooth was out in seconds--my daughter had no idea! She was completely calm and relatively happy throughout the very short procedure. If youre looking for a dental office that has knowledgeable staff and truly caters to children and their unique needs, ABC Dentistry for Children is the place to go!

Today I took my three children ages 10, 6 and 5 to ABC Dentistry because I was referred by my dentist. So this was my kids first time to see this particular dentist. When we met Dr. James Michaud we were treated like he has known us for years. He was very attentive to my children and their needs. He is extremely patient and I say this because my youngest is very rambunctious. Dr. Michaud sat down with me one-on-one and we discussed my childrens needs if any. My 10-year-old renamed Dr. Michaud , Mr. Sing because he sang while he worked and he sang Christmas songs. It made my kids laugh. All my kids were together and got to see what was being done to the other. They were not scared, they were comfortable and confident and I loved that because that meant that my kids trusted what was being done, thus allowing the dentist to do the work that needed to be done. When it was time to leave, my kids asked when they could come back. That NEVER happens! So thank you so much ABC Dentistry for taking great care of my kids!

I have only had wonderful experiences here! Ive been very impressed with the staff but especially Dr Braden Michaud. He isnt afraid to be silly & talk to the kids in a way that they can relate to and he is so sweet with them. He is definitely family oriented and cares about his patients. Everyone is always kind and smiling to encourage the kiddos. The kids are given an activity/toy if they are waiting a few minutes in the chair to be seen by the Dr and they also get to wear a fun pair of sunglasses while under the bright overhead light. The waiting area is an added bonus- my kids love the fish tank and playing on the iPads until their name is called. And as if it couldnt get better, to top it all off all kids get to pick a couple surprises and stickers on their way out- this gets my kids so excited to go each time! And for no cavities kids get to enter a drawing for movie tickets. I could go on & on. We love and highly recommend this place!
