The staff at the front desk were friendly, however when I corrected them by saying my birthday was 1993, not 1983, it wasnt adjusted by the time nurse came back to greet me in my room. The other thing that wasnt adjusted at the front desk was that I called to schedule an appointment for birth control and an exam, which they had me only scheduled for birth control. By the time I had corrected the front desk receptionist and went back to my room, the nurse seemed flustered when I also corrected her saying I was there for two things, not just birth control. The nurse then uttered that I could only be seen for one thing, to which I started to get irritated by and insisted otherwise. When the well woman finally came in, she seemed aloof, not very friendly and ready to get my appointment over with. I spoke with her about birth control options which she did have good insight, however when it came to my examination, she did NOT ask if it was okay for the nurse to watch, propped the door open and the nurse walked in. I was so uncomfortable I couldnt remark anything and I just wanted to get it over with. The following day, I noticed a small amount of blood, which has never happened before after an exam like that. I will not be coming back to this clinic, as the bedside manner, comfort of patients and organization of information seem to fall to the way side.

I LOVE Dr Goad. She was with me through a lot..very rough pregnancies & was so amazingly supportive through everything & still is. I ended up with a placental abruption with my last baby. Dr Boots was at the hospital & ended up saving both of us. I recommend the doctors. Communication has gone down a bit. It takes a lot to get a phone call sometimes.

DIFFICULT! Everything about this office is difficult, if I could . Their processes are not customer friendly. Everything requires multiple calls you have to leave lots of messages and rarely do they call you back. I am taking my business to an offices that it easier to get the care needed.

Went here for my first OB appointment today, and I loved the atmosphere! It was a wonderful experience for me, and Im excited for the next appointment! My doctor is Dr. Goad, and shes incredible! Love it!

Never a good experience. Prescribed wrong medicine numerous times. Lost test results on three seperate occasions. Will not be back.
