So ill keep this review as upfront as possible . Dr. Ibay is a very nice person. But often to many times people correlate nice with integrity, genuine, and sincerity. Well guys i have a revelation for you. Nice has no correlation with those words. Ever heard of the phrase "wolf in sheeps clothing"? Well thats someone like Dr. Ibay. While he is polite and a very kind person, he is the epitome of a western obgyn. Let me explain thats not a good thing. Dr. Ibay has sold his soul to the devil and has conform to the negligent, inattentive, and narcissism displayed by many u.s/western doctors. First he has so many patients i dont believe he can even remember everyones name. If you choose him as your doctor be prepared to wait at least an hour after your appointment time. So if you have an appointment for 3 Ill bet a $1000 that you wont be seen until at least 4:30 or 5. Next he will try to induce you. Like ive stated previously these western doctors dont care about you or your baby, they want you to have your child when its convenient for them. He subscribes to that belief. So if you want to have your child natural i definitely would not choose him. Furthermore he is knife happy. Thats right like most doctors in the u.s he does not want to deliver a natural baby. I think he feels its much easier to just cut you and get it over with. After you have a baby it is common practice for the doctor to check on the mother for the next 2 days. Well guess what?!? He didnt! I think he was on vacation! Didnt see him for a month after we got out the hospital. For my conclusion ill state this... If you want someone who is nice and polite, he might be your guy. But if you want someone with integrity pass! NATURAL MOTHERS STAY AWAY!!

His office is always crowded and you kinda feel like cattle in the lobby because there are so many patients. His staff is friendly but because they are so busy with so many patients they dont really have time for chit chat they just do an efficient job and the office is clean and runs smoothly. Dr. Ibay is so kind. His bedside manner is wonderful. Even when you can tell hes probably been awake all night delivering babies he still manages to come to work and explain everything so you understand. When I was ready for delivery he gave me the royal treatment by making sure I had all the good nurses at the hospital. It was a great experience and he truly does good work as an OBGYN because he is so caring and understanding. If there could be more doctors like his kind Las Vegas would be a better place.

Dr. Ibay is a very kind doctor, his staff is another problem. I do not know if they are always under staff or just busy or both. When I go there, I dont see much people but when I call them to make an appointment, it seems they cant even answer the phone or just like putting me on hold for 10 minutes and bouncing me back between the front desk staff. Twice they said that they would call me back, to scheduled me because they had to "find" my file and yet they do not call. It is not Dr. Ibay but his staff I have trouble with. I wish he would hire more staff or find better ones. I am tired of being ignored by his front desk staff.

Just a few words in brief based on my experience with doctor Ibay - Was like a family member for me till my delivery - Excellent care - Good patience - Has good experience - Has lot of time for each patient Am no sure if you can find a replacement for doctor Ibay who can care like him. Apart from being a doctor he was like a family member for me which gave me more comfort and made my delivery easy. Thank you so much doctor. -Mini

This Doctor is awesome!! hes the most caring and loving man on this earth except his staff is really sucky..im hessitating wether to leave or not because i really like him=( hes very patient and makes u feel comfortable!! he delivered my baby and was soooooo good at it! took the baby out fast and was careful every step of the way...incredible experience!! i sooo recommend him believe me!

Dr. Ibay is THE most patient and understanding OBG. Exposing yourself on an exam table is not something thats easy for anyone but he makes you feel so comfortable and answers all questions you may have. True..staffing is a problem BUT what you all should value the most is his personal care and professionalism

Terrible. Staff has been extremely rude and unhelpful in the past. On two separate occasions I have called to make an appointment and the earliest they would be able to see me would not be for 4-5 weeks. If you want a doctor that can actually attend to his patients in a timely manner, it is not him.

He was my prenatal doctor with both of my pregnancies and I have no complaints. Both resulted in Csections and I had a great recovery with no infections. He gave me great advice and was always on call, he always showed up at the hospital when I had complications or concerns.

Dr.ibay is the best he has delivered both of my girls. His office staff is friendly and efficient. His visits are quick and informative he answers any questions you have and makes you feel comfortable. He will forever be my OB and I would highly recommend him!!!

Dr. Ibay was great but his staff really can turn a good experience into a terrible one. I had to switch doctors in my 3rd trimester very inconvenient, but you should be comfortable coming in for check ups, pregnancy is stressful enough...

Dr Ibay did a bilateral oopherectomy and uterine ablation for me a few years ago and it was one of the best things I ever did! He is a skilled surgeon and has a great bedside manner! I would recommend Dr Ibay to any woman!
