Dr. Fillerup is nice enough, but dont expect much explaining or coddling. She would probably make a great doctor for someone with medical experience enough to understand her, someone who likes to get in and out really quickly. She deserves 3 or 4 stars. The negative review is for her nurses that work with her. Never in my life have I felt more bullied than when I received a call that "my blood work was done" and something wasnt quite right, so the nurse had gone ahead and called a prescription in to my pharmacy for me. When I tried to ask questions about things like how long Id have to take the medicine (I was justifiably reluctant to commit to taking a pill for the rest of my life based on a phone call!!), what benefits/side effects it might have, and any alternatives to medication, the nurse got extremely huffy, told me "Of course, I cant force you to do anything you dont want to do" and hung up on me. Yesterday, I got blood work done, and the nurse I spoke to said that I should call them back today and theyd tell me the results. I did, and do you know what I discovered?? Dr. Fillerup and her entire staff are out for the rest of the weekend. Surprise! Very unprofessional. I have found a new medical care provider.

They do NOT accept Tricare Standard even though they advertise they do and are even on the preferred list made by Tricare. They said they cant seem to get Tricare off their own website. Let me tell you this is because ALL Tanner Clinics accept Tricare! Well except this one. If they cannot accept Tricare then they are not allowed to process Medicare/Medicaid patients, so its a big fat lie or they just do not know what they are doing in the office to make appointments. As a veteran I would never go here and highly discourage other Veterans and their famlies from seeking care here.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Made an appointment and they acted like I had made it up due to them not recording it. The nurse I spoke to on the phone was so rude and unhelpful. Been going here for years and this was the last straw. Will go elsewhere.

Dr filler up is great, but the office never answers the phone or calls back. I waited almost a week for results to a test I was told I would get the day of the test. I had tried to call them almost daily.

She will most likely recommend that you have a hysterectomy. Glad I got a second opinion!
