If I could give it less I would. Although come to think of it how can I truly rate them when I havent actually gotten a hold of anyone! Does anyone actually work there? Ive called three times over the last two days mind you, and the first two times on hold over 6min. just waiting for someone to answer and acknowledge! The third time was about 2 min ago and again waiting on hold for anyone to pick up, when they did.... they hung up on me! Just picked up and then hung up! I know you close at 5pm but its only 4:10! Makes me wonder why anyone would want go there if any time you call for ANY reason its gonna be an EXTREMELY long wait time to speak to anyone. Just warning you to be ready to sit, chill for a while and put your phone on speaker cause they wont pick up for a while, if at all, and if they do, if they dont feel like working any longer, theyll just pick up and hang up cause they know you dont want to hear that annoying wait music any longer and youll give up. Guess they have plenty of patients everyone! No need to waste time.

Office staff is completely unprofessional. Rude attitudes and apathy towards their job. I over heard the doctors assistant laughing that she was lazy, she doesnt realize that her voice carries. Another assistant assured me that next time my experience would be "more better" after waiting until 6:30 pm to see the doctor for a 4pm appointment. That should have been my last visit. I gave them another chance and have continued to be dissapointed. Ive decided she is no longer my doctor!! Dr. Mchale is aware of their behavior but doesnt take it serious or value your concerns. I believe the office is like this because she sets the tone that this behavior is acceptable. Consider yourself lucky if youre able to get a word in. The office manager Tim doesnt care either so dont waste your breath. Heather will give you an attitude and wont lose any sleep over it. Heather and Tim also made it very clear that Mchale wont call you. Youll need to make an appointment. Be prepared to wait a minimum of an hour of a half.

My wife went in for her prenatal appointment and we were upcoded and overcharged on our bill. I appeared in person and the staff said they would call us. They didnt. I called multiple times before writing a letter. Dr. McHale wrote me back saying that she would reimburse us for one of the bills ($5), but stated that the other bill code was correct. Dr. McHale saw us for 15 min but charged a level 4 bill for 40 min. She said she can charge a level 4 code because she did a full exam, but she didnt even do that during our visit. Our first visit bill was $450 plus $1,180 for labs that she did not mention. We fired her and our next Dr charged us $210 for the initial visit. I would not go to her. She is unethical and fraudulently billing her patients.

Dr. McHale is knowledgeable, kind, caring and loves her job. She really listens to her patients and provides the appropriate treatment. My daughter was referred to Dr. McHale by a friend, because she was having a difficult pregnancy. Dr. McHale met with her for an least an hour and put her mind at ease. She carried to term and gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. I decided to follow her lead and switched to Dr. McHale after being frustrated with the gynecologist Id been using for the past 20 years. My first visit was informative and what she prescribed has changed my life! Because she apends as much time that is needed with each patient, the wait can be long. But I can guarantee, Dr. McHale is worth the wait.

I had tried calling to make an appointment. The lady that answered said that since Ive had an ultrasound done confirming my pregnancy the doctor would have to look to see how far my pregnancy was. Even after I told her how far along I was she insisted that the doctor would have to look at it, and that they would give me a call back. Well this was on October 1st. Still waiting for that call back on November 4th, well actually not waiting anymore since I have given up on this office. Even after calling multiple times, it just seemed like they didnt want to give me an appointment. Thanks to that Ive found a great new doctor who actually cares about their patients.

I love Dr. Staci McHale! She delivered my 2nd baby via c-section and it was great! She was so kind and understanding, i was a nervous wreck! she made it as smooth as possible. Her Dr. office was always very clean and the staff is super nice. I never waited more than 30 min to be seen by her. She always took the time to explain everything to me and always spent the appropriate amount of time with me. I will definitely go back to her if i decide to have another baby. and i totally recommend her to any women who needs a OB/GYN.

I am at menopausal time of life with recent hysterectomy but still young at heart. Dr McCale is so easy to talk to and very caring. She is up to date on newer medications and is proactive on reducing as many prescribed meds as possible. Truly cares. Her staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The wait was a little long but shes worth it because she takes all the time her patients need. I would definitely recommend.

I have had a horrible experience at another doctor in town. The wait in the office was a little long but well worth the wait. Dr. Mchale sat with me for 45 mins and explained the different options that there were to explore. She answered every question. She is a kind doctor that cares about the happiness of the people that she is treating.

Dr McHale, really listen to her petients but to schedule ,reschedule or cancel appointment phone calls never answered . Iv been calling for 3 days straight to reschedule my appointment no one answer or call me back after I left a voice mail with a name and phone number. Very disappointed

I have been completely satisfied! The staff has been so customer friendly and the doctor was amazing! She review my file from my previous doctor and gave me a review of my past 20 year history and explained how she thought we should move forward. Completely satisfied!

Dr. Mchale delivered my son and I am so happy we chose her by chance. She was patient with me not wanting to have a c-section and allowed me to labor at my own pace. I moved out of state but will continue to see her whenever I am in town. She is truly an amazing doc.

Dr McHale happened to be the on call doctor covering for Dr Gex while he was on vacation. I had gone past my due date and my fluids were low so I was sent to the hospital asap for an induction. Dr McHale helped me deliver my second baby and I had a good experience.
