My doctor is friends with Dr. Pack and thats the only reason I considered going back to him after being berated and bullied by his office staff"Melvina" over my previous yelp review about his office staff lack of consideration, nor their willingness to help. She claimed she spoke to my insurance and they told her claim wasnt paid when in fact she didnt! the claim was adjusted and paid. She was interrogating me about seeing different OBGYN, told me he was doing me a favor(like its free). She was threatening me with sharing my personal information with other people. He told my doctor hes taking care of me, when all you dont even talk to him. Only his terrible, terrible office staff.

After 2 hours of waiting , I met the doctor for 3minutes, he talked over me, didnt provide an explanation and sent me out without a resolution. On top of that , his RUDE office staff! I cant fathom how these women get their 6m degree and be trusted to handle personal information regarding patients. I had and appointment and they did not do an insurance verification prior to appointment, they waited till I got there and it held me up another hour because they care for other things ( like eating at their desk) while youre waiting and you have to remind them constantly that you are still waiting for them to give you dirty looks and purposely delaying your consulate.

My husband and I have been dealing with Dr.Pack and his family since 2005 and let me tell you from our point of view there isnt any other OBGYN doctor out there can TOP him in las vegas from our point of view he has delivered all three of our beautiful children and did my tubal and if we can have more we would surely go right back to our one and only favorite Dr. Edmond Pack to care to me and our unborn child. We always recommend Dr.Pack to everyone we know thats expecting and will continue to do so as long as GODS will can be done. So Dr.Pack and the family gets 5 stars all day long.

Dr. Pack is a no BS type of doctor, he listens to you and then tells you what you need to hear or do to get better. I went to him for fertility appointments and now I have seen him for a majority of my prenatal appointments. I appreciate Dr. Pack always answering my questions and not rushing through appointments!

Dr and Staff are Godawful, hes with you for literally 2 minutes and he makes decisions for you and you dont even realize what happened. Then you have to deal with his staff who are there to explain it, yet they collect your payment and you are on your way and you feel cheated.

I LOVE DR. PACK! He is the BEST doctor I have evet seen! He has always been very caring and will answer all questions and calm ALL worries you might have. I will NEVER goto another OB/GYN. DR PACK YOU ARE THE BEST!

Dr Pack is the best in his field. He cares about you as a person and does not do procedures to buy another summer home. I LOVE HIM! I have been going to him for years and will never go to another OBGYN again!!!!!
