Espionage !

Terrible experience. My wife and I made an appointment and came in on 12/13/2016 for our first visit to a doctor since we found out she is pregnant. We made a visit to the emergency room the week before because she was struggling with extreme nausea and unable to eat. As she filled out her paperwork she noticed odd questions, almost like a psych evaluation that I have never seen in an office. She asked the lady over the counter what was going on with the questionnaire and she let her know there were parenting classes she would have to take throughout the pregnancy and my wife told her she didnt want them and would take information booklets. We are already parents so, understandably, she refused the classes. The front desk lady disappeared and moments later let us know that they wouldnt be seeing my wife. Afterwards, when we asked why, she finally let us know that unless she took the classes they wouldnt be able to see her. Reluctantly she said she would and they still turned her away. They pissed off my pregnant wife and after she started arguing with them, the doctor came around the corner and threatened her with the authorities. This doctor called the police on a pregnant woman. Im not sure if he gets away with treating all of the other patients (obviously minorities and possibly illegal) the same way but I dont recommend this place to anyone experienced or inexperienced with parenting and pregnancy. After I got home, my wife was crying, upset and angry so I decided to call and ask for his information and all they did was put me on hold and continued to be rude. In hopes this doesnt happen to anyone else Ill leave this here.

Dr Roberts and his staff are the most caring, attentive, courteous team I have ever encountered. Last year I suffered a miscarriage and dr Roberts came to the hospital on his off hours to help. His staff called every few days to check up on me. When I had pain and bleeding during my cancer scare I never had to wait for an appt, I was told to come right in. Dr. Roberts expedited a very important ct scan and fought to get the tests I needed when my insurance dragged their feet. I wish he could be my primary doctor. So thankful for this entire team

Beyond Capture

Worst OBGYN that I have ever met. Dr. Roberts has no regard for how a person feels. He believes that he is right and take a no regard of how the mother patient feels. I missed one appointment with my wife and Dr.Roberts tells my wife that shes a bad mother, that she wants a dead baby and he goes on making my wife feel like shes worthless. We switched OBGYN to Dr. Sevilla who is 2 blocks away.

Couldnt recommend a better doctor than him. Have been seen by him in three occasions and he is respectful, patient and always concerned for my needs and worries. Love his attention, care and experience! Absolutely recommend him!
