This place is awful! I Would NEVER recommend this place! My sister bought me a Groupon for this place as a Christmas gift because my desk job was giving me upper back, and neck pain. The Groupon voucher was for "One spinal decompression package: one exam, five x-rays, five decompressions, and five sessions of soft-tissue work" My first visit was with Dr. Wong. He took a quick look, and moved my neck around a few times to see my mobility. Then he took a few X-Rays, and told me to come back in a few days. They literally did nothing about my pain. My neck, and shoulders actually hurt worse after the first exam from him bending me around. My second visit was with Dr. Kovac. This guy is like a high pressure car salesman. He reviewed my x-rays with me, and told me I needed his long term program to repair my neck. Kovacs quote was extremely high. Over double what my new chiropractor charges!! When I told him that I wanted to think things over, and get back to him he became more aggressive. Kovac said to me, "You want to shop around on me? This is your neck were talking about. Thats the supidist idea I have ever heard. Nobody shops me." He then walked me out of his office, and I never received any decompression or soft-tissue work. My new chiropractor is a million times better than this place. They didnt pressure me at all to go on their program. They took better x-rays, did better tests, actually gave me an alignment, decompression, and a massage. I felt immediate relief after my first visit. To top it off, my first visit cost half as much as the Groupon "deal" that my sister bought me.

The front desk staff here is very nice and the massage therapist who gave me a free massage was great. Unfortunately, Dr. Kovac and his high pressure sales tactics turned us off of the place. He has an excuse for everything. When I told him I work 30 minutes away (the truth) he suggested I change jobs to be closer to his office. Yeah, right!!! When I told him I have high deductible insurance (also the truth) he said, " Dont worry, you can change to a low deductible policy at the end of the year." As if I have a high deductible by choice. When I told him I needed to talk everything over with my wife he summoned her from the waiting room, brought her in the office and asked us to hash everything out right in front of him. When he didnt make the sale he escorted us to the reception area and stated in front of a full office staff that I was making the choice "to live in pain." Sorry, lack of a bedside manner turned us away and will prevent us from coming back.

Dr. Kovac came to my place of work to deliver a "health education" workshop. He offered a $20 consult. I purchased the option for me and my husband. We went for the appointment and had a high pressure sales job done on each of us. We did not get anything for the money that was spent other than to have both of our time wasted. He used a divide and conquer sales method. He also attempted to appeal to me by telling me that my husband needed me to push him to do the "right thing." We left with nothing... We were asked to set up another appointment to be able to review our ex-ray, which would cost an undisclosed amount. The release forms that were requested to sign indicated that they could charge amounts upwards of $320 for a visit. This place feels like a mult-level marketing scam! We have since found a reputable provider.

My wife had back problems. She went to Back-In-Line for about 2-3 months. During the time there, her condition actually became worse despite their promises that she would feel better within weeks. When she cancelled her services, they billed us for the following month anyhow. We had to call SIX times to get them to refund the full $150 to our account. They basically stole our money for about 5 weeks and would not have returned it had we not continued to badger them about it. VERY disappointed in the service and business practices.

What a ridiculous company. The simpleton receptionist tells me that the have a cancellation policy for their massages and needs my credit card number to reserve a spot. That makes sense in most cases but I had already paid for my massage through groupon. If I didnt show up then they would get to keep my money without giving me any services. But no, apparently they charge $40 on top of the price of the massage that I already paid. She just kept repeating that it was their policy, policy to rip people off at the first opportunity.

Love this place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I really like the fact that Dr. Kovac approaches your pain with an overall treatment plan. My plan included, stretching, strengthening, massages, and trigger point injections, in addition to the adjustments you would expect from a chiropractor. I feel his comprehensive approach shortened my healing time dramatically and I was able to resume my activities in no time. I will never go to another chiropractor again. THANKS DR KOVAC!

I had hurt myself several months before going to Dr Kovac. Always hoping my back would just magically work itself out. I finally gave in when I could not bend over to tie my shoes because the pain was so bad. I had not been to Back In Line before and I am glad I went. Dr Kovac does not mess around with you, he treats you, helps you feel better and educates you about what may have occurred. I highly recommend Dr Kovac and his staff. Excellent customer service.

I have been going to Back in Line now for over a year now. What got me in the door was my neck pain, but what keeps me coming back is how the doctors and staff make me feel both physically and emotionally. My neck and back have never felt better and the relationship that the staff focuses on developing is truly the definition of compassionate care. I guarantee they will make you feel amazing, inside and out!

WOW, Dr Kovac was amazing! Not only was he very thorough with the exam. He explained everything to me regarding my hip that a Dr and PT missed! Am looking forward to working with him and running and biking pain free again! He also "knows" athletes since he is one himself, participating in triathlons and other events. I have heard nothing but great things about him and glad I decided to give him a try.

Do not go to this place. What a ridiculous policy. I purchased groupon and I could not find my voucher code. They refused to give me a service and will charge $40 for reschedule when Im actually arrived 15 mins before the service. So I paid full price for 40 mins massage because she refused to over lapping the time. Do not go to this place! Horrible front desk policy.

....they sold me on a free consultation of which they billed my insurance over $800 and are out of network- after 5 visits my entire $2500 heath savings account i had built up was depleted. Basically they cost me $1500 out of my wallet and my back and neck have never felt worse-- save yourself some headaches and stay clear
