I usually try to write only positive reviews of places or companies, but lately Ive come across one too many bad doctors in this valley and fed up, felt compelled to describe my experience here at PHG. Unfortunately, it differs greatly then that of most of the other reviews. It is those other reviews that convinced me to try this place. I guess not everything works for everyone, but I wanted to share my personal experience. Completely unimpressed with this place and Dr. Majidi. From the dingy exterior of the building to the dimly lit interior, the clammy handshake to his lack of attentive listening - this first and only visit was a complete waste of my $40 co-pay. I left in as much pain as I came in with. Mostly because Dr. Majidi didnt do much of anything. There was no physical therapy, no massage therapy included in my visit, which was disappointing as I called and asked about these things before I made my appointment. When I tried to point out areas of pain, he actually wouldnt look where I was pointing and just kept up some weird intense eye contact. How do you know where Im hurting if you refuse to look?!! He disregarded my comment about a condition I have that affects my muscles and instead pressed very hard instead of being gentle or respectful. He didnt seem to have the instinct on how to treat me and in some cases seemed a bit too forceful. He really only did a cursory evaluation, not a full one and didnt even want to take xrays or have the ability to do so. Ive had much better initial exams with other chiropractors before. My $40 got me a 5 minute "adjustment", some kinesio tape and instructions to keep icing my back. He had offered to do some stim and ice during the visit, but then didnt do it and instead taped me up real quick and said he was done. I truly felt I had been ripped off. Ive seen chiropractors for over 20 years. Some real good ones and others that were so-so. Id rate Dr. Majidi near the bottom of them all.

My tale of woe. I tried to get some basic office & financial information on a Thursday. Did not get a call back for 24 hours and should have gone with my gut reaction. My feeling with the scheduler was she had no patience for my questions but I scheduled anyway at their Thunderbird Road location. I got two emails confirming my appointment the following Monday at 10AM. Get to the office early to process new patient paperwork and find the office lights are off. Went to the dentists office next door and inquired if they knew of any reason for the doors to be locked. They said they see a few people go in from time to time but that is all they knew. Called the office number twice after 10AM wondering what happened. Did not get a return call until an hour later sort of apologizing for the mistake and saying it was the doctors fault that the office was closed. Apparently the staff neglected to tell him he had a patient is my feeling. Bad way to run any kind of a business in the valley where there is a lot of competition.

Ive been a patient of Phoenician Health Group, specifically Dr. Majera Majidi for over a decade now due to multiple car accident injuries. As always, his staff is extremely efficient and he has the BEST massage therapist. As the years have passed, I need a "maintenece" adjustment about once a month. His office always accommodates my busy and often erratic work schedule and gets me in whenever I need it, even last minute sometimes. Dr. Majidi is a kind, and caring doctor. He truly listens to your concerns and will do anything to help you fell better. His office offers a series of treatment modalities as well. I leave there with my back feeling wonderful. I would recommend this office to anyone in the valley and there are 2 locations to serve you best.

I have been coming to Phoenician Health Group for almost a year now. I come in about once a month to be adjusted by Dr. Majidi. He is fantastic! I was starting to develop a little bump at the base of my neck from sitting long hours at my computer and noticed it was starting to give me tension headaches. I saw an immediate difference after my first appointment. The bump at the base of my neck is now completely gone and my headaches have improved tremendously. Dr. Majidi is very knowledgeable and uses several methods to treat me. He and his staff are very friendly and do an incredible job of making me feel welcomed every time I am in. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Chiropractor. I will never go anywhere else!

Ive been coming to this facility for the better part of a decade for a myriad of reasons, mostly for basic health maintenance. In the last 2.5 yrs, under the guidance and coaching of Dr. Majidi, I have lost 60+ lbs. My chronic back pain has all but disappeared w/his care. I have injuries to my knees from many years of being overweight and playing sports. Im a good candidate for knee replacement. However, at this facility, Im receiving alternative methods that are on the forefront of healing; PRP, Prolozone, O2 injections. And the results have been great! Ive have and will continue to recommend Phoenician Health Group to all my friends who are in need of health care.

I have worked with them through several different physical issues including whiplash, a hip/lower back problems, and most recently weight loss and fitness. I have lost over 100 lbs in their care. Dr Majidi is caring and friendly and the massage therapists I have seen were professional and very capable of dealing with what ever injuries they were presented. I will continue to both see and recommend them to anyone I know who needs their healing help.

A friend recommended me to go there for my back pain after an accident. I went there and the staff was great. The Dr. was able to bring relief to my back pain immediately. I went again the following day and again felt great relief from all the pressure built up in my lower back. I will continue to go back. Great place to go when you need immediate care from someone with a great level of experience.

Dr. Majidi and the entire Phoenician Health Group staff have the best chiropractic office in the valley. The service is always top notch and consistent. I always feel like their number one goal is to get to the root of my issues to achieve long-term health. Their treatment and service including the best masseuse in town is what keeps them at #1.

A+ all around, great 60$ new comers massage/adjustment special, EXCELENT masseuse, the adjustment was full body, he definitely cracked my joints but with such ease, it didnt feel the least bit compromising to my joints and he knew what he was talking about and did full body assesment down to my ankles. Nice person too. Will go back again

Much more than your average Chiropractor. I drive 25 miles one way just to see Dr. Majidi. Sure there are countless other Chiropractor closer to me, but the level of expertise, professionalism and care I receive from Dr. Majidi and his staff is 2nd to none. Trust the Chiropractor the NBA trusts! Thank you Phoenician Health Group!
