I would give a negative rating if opportunity provided. We had a horrible experience when dealing with them. 1) The front office is very rude. They just hung up without even answering your question. They have charged for initial visit when my baby was born since his name was not yet added to the insurance. They billed insurance provider once the details were updated and received the claim as well(we could see in the statement sent by insurance provider). But they never refunded. Each time I called them, she has just updated me that their billing team will be checking with the insurance provider. Its been almost a year and never received any call from them. Recently, I called for the last time to know the status and she spoke very unprofessional manner and hung up on me. 2) They dont accept cards and they wont update you. Id rush to near by ATM to withdraw money. 3) The Doctor was okay, but she never had the patience to listen to your questions. During our last visit, she just left before we even complete our questions.

I was unfortunate enough to be assigned this pediatrician upon my daughters birth at Shea Hospital. My wife had been discharged around noon by her doctor but the nurses were unable to get in touch with the pediatrician to discharge my daughter. It ended up taking an additional 4 or 5 hours waiting at the hospital for the pediatrician to show up and sign off so we could leave. Although I felt the experience was unprofessional at best the real problem I have had was with their billing office. I paid the bill in April but in June I received a notice that I still owed money. After wasting my morning on the phone with their office and my bank confirming that my checks were cashed and faxing info over copies to their office to confirm, I still received a second letter in July threatening to send me to collections. So again I have had to take time out of my day to do their job and protect my credit from their incompetence. If you have to use the hospital pediatrician and you see this name, ask for someone else.

Dr. Sarihan has been my childrens (3) pediatrician since they were all born. She has been soooooooooo so wonderful to our family. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for her. She has been there during very trying times for my children and myself. Always encouraging, always kind, always loving. Ive moved far away to the East Valley and yet it doesnt matter because Ill always make the drive to her. She is simply the very best. She runs her own practice and basically gives her whole life to her work. She is dedicated. Any negative comments about her are probably from people that didnt take the time to know her. Her smile is contagious and her professionalism is astounding. We love our local small business awesome pediatrician. I will be sad when she retires one day but she will have definitely earned it. I have been going to Dr. Sarihan since my first daughter came home form the hospital over 12 years ago, and she has been an excellent doctor ! A hater always has an issue. Give an excellent doctor her due !
