The dr we saw was fine, but the office staff was terrible from day one. My infant was on phototherapy at home and we came daily for labs. The staff told me they would let me know the result and I waited well past the time frame they gave, with no word on my childs condition. I should have given up then, but decided to continue to see the provider. A year and a half later we had changed insurance providers. I called to see if my new insurance was accepted, they informed me it was, so my child was brought for a well child visit. Turns out the insurance wasnt accepted. I called and talked to someone after receiving a 374 dollar bill. I thought it was resolved, however a year and 2 months after the visit I received another bill informing me if I dont pay, Ill be sent to collections. What a ridiculous way to run a medical clinic! Would not recommend!

Well I thought I would like this office till I had to bring in a form to filled out for my daughters dentist and wasnt told till a week before it was supposed to be turned back in to the dentist apt so I finally I got a stupid apt and was told it was for Monday November 23rd well I get here and they put it in for last Friday the 20th so there for they told me one date and put us in for another date and didnt tell me I need a doc apt in the first place. I will never come back here again.

We like the doctors well enough but scheduling is a nightmare. They are always booked out months and cant even see 2 kids at the same time forcing us to come multiple times when we could come once. We live 40 minutes away! After having to cancel or reschedule appointments they dont have any slots open for such cases forcing us to book out 2 months for a visit needed now. Also, if you are even 5 minutes late you have to reschedule. Very bad business. Going somewhere else.

We love Northern Utah Pediatrics and Dr. Merkley! Weve been going here for just over a year and havent had any issues with scheduling. In fact, the front staff are all really nice and accommodating to our busy schedule. All of the doctors we have seen in the Insta Care are excellent. We feel so comfortable taking our son here and would recommend to anyone!

Love Dr. Stokes. We have been here since 2002. Wouldnt take my kids anywhere else. There was a scheduling fiasco I recall last year but we pushed through it and service is great!! I have 2 special needs kiddos and they are well taken care.

Dr. Merkley is amazing and very helpful with resources and providing referrals to accommodate my childrens needs. I never left a doctors office feeling like my children got their needs met like i did when they seen him.

office staff needs more training in customer service and some medical assistants arent so nice but they do have excellent doctors like doctor Rafferty and Delgado!!!!
