Dr. Stevenson is a nice guy. However, this office treats you like children. They have what I call a three strikes and your out program where if you miss three appointments or even cancel within 24 hours of your appointment then it counts as a strike. After three strikes they make you change doctors. BTW they dont give courtesy call or do appointment reminders like EVERY OTHER DR. and DENTIST office on the planet. We missed one appointment with Dr. Stevenson and promptly received one of his rude letters pointing out that we were still in high school and had one strike against us. Several months later we missed an appointment for a follow up flu shot that would have been administered by an assistant and promptly received our second violation letter. That is the last letter I will be receiving from their office. We hate changing doctors and sometimes forget our appointments. We are going to find an office that gives courtesy reminder calls and maybe charges twenty dollars when we miss an appointment. It is difficult to make every appointment. Sometimes things come up, sometimes we forget, and sometimes my wife takes the baby and sometimes I do. Im going to find a pediatrician that is more understanding and maybe puts as much energy into helping his clients remember their appointments as he does reminding them how many they have missed.

After extensive research online, I came across Dr. Lau. I am thrilled that we found her! From the moment we walked in the door, we had a fantastic experience. The staff is really nice and Dr. Lau is phenomenal! She is patient, kind and a great listener. She took her time with us and allowed me to ask any questions that I had. Her bedside manner was unlike any others I have experienced. She established a relationship with my 3 year old and made the experience great. I am phobic of doctors and this is EXACTLY what I look for in a provider. If I would have had doctors like this when I was young, I might not be this phobic as an adult! What a great experience. Thank you!

My family had to change doctors because our other pediatrician was retiring. I looked on Healthgrades and found Dr. Lau, Mountainstar Odgen Pediatrics. That was the BEST find! My husband and I love the fact there is "2" waiting rooms, one for Well child visits, the other for sick visits. That is totally cool! The art work in each room was great, including the TV with the movie for our kids to watch. As for Dr. Lau, we love her as our kids pediatrician! We have five kids 2-9. Dr. Lau is very through and will answer all our questions. She is very personable with our kids and she makes them feel comfortable. We are so impressed by Dr. Lau and the staff, I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Stevenson and occasionally Dr. Castro have been working with my family for 2 and 1/2 years. We love them! My son always feels safe and comfortable and every visit is quick and easy without feeling rushed. As a parent I always feel heard and supported. They are very knowledgeable and up to date with their practices (unlike some doctors I experienced before). Every one working at this clinic provides an all around great environment. Any time weve had an emergency or even just a worry, weve been seen the same day and we receive a callback within an hour when Ive called with questions. I have no complaints!

My children have been seeing Dr. Stevenson for 4 and a half years, and we are very happy with him and the staff at Mountain Star Ogden Pediatrics. I appreciate that he is the kind of doctor that realizes that I am the mom and know my kids best, and his role is to support me as I raise healthy kids. I also continue going back to this office because I never wait longer than 10 minutes to see the doctor. Our visits are always quick. And I am always able to get appointments when I need them. Great doctor and great office

I love the Doctors and staff. Always so polite, helpful, and full of information. Office is always clean and I never have to wait very long even when I rush in for a same day appointment with a sick kid. I have 3 children and have shopped around for a great doctor for them. My search ended when I found MountainStar. I will never take my children anywhere else. It feels good to know that I have found the BEST to look out for my kids health. Thank you all at MountainStar and keep up the wonderful work.

Beware! MountainStar hospitals are the worst. No one calls you back when you try to pay your bill or give them updated insurance information. For the last 6 days ive been trying to give them my updated insurance information so I can get a bill taken care of and no one wants to help. I will never take my daughter back to Ogden Regional Pediatrics. We just became an IHC family from here on out. Its no wonder that this organization has horrible reviews.

I would highly recommend Dr. Lau!!!. She takes the time to answer all your questions/concerns and is up to date with the most current evidence as noted during visits while she explains what she is doing and why she is doing it. We have never had a long wait (less than 5 mins) or had any problems making an appointment with her. She is contacted easily via email or the office.

As a Pediatric ER nurse, I have high expectations for my childrens doctor. Ive been through three Pediatricians trying to find the best one for my three children. After my recent experience with Dr. Cristina Lau, I no longer have to keep looking! She spent time with me answering questions and is amazing with my children. I cant say enough good about Dr. Lau.

All of the staff here is amazing and I love how well they treat my daughter and interact with her. They always answer any questions I have and get back to me when I call. I absolutely love the providers and staff that work here! My kids love Dr. Stevenson and Dave Castro. They both take the time to address any questions or concerns that I may have. I travel 35 minutes just to bring my kids to MountainStar Ogden Pediatrics!! I cant imagine going anywhere else! Were treated like family as soon as we walk through the door!

I have brought my son here since he was born three years ago, and now my daughter who is 9 months. Both have had unique situations and issues to deal with, but we have received excellent, well-informed care and support. The nurses and office staff are very friendly (and KID friendly, which is different!). We love this clinic!

Worst Dr ever! We got stuck in traffic after an hour and a half drive and were 16 minutes late for our appointment. Only 1 minute past the alotted time to be late and they still made us reschedule! I will never use this practice again! They are not kind or understanding of issues out of your control!!!
