I am so happy with Dr. Vaughan! He is very thorough and never tries to rush us out of the room! He is always playful and happy with the kids and none of children are ever upset or afraid when I tell them we are going to see Dr. Vaughan! My twin boys especially love him! Other things I love about Springfield Pediatrics is that I love that there is a different waiting room for sick children vs well children, I love the comprehensive checks and tests done at well visits, and that they always can get me in same day for a sick visit! I am updating my review to reflect the frustrations I have had with the front office. I wish Dr. Vaughans front office staff was a good representation of the dr that he is!

While I was glad to get in for a same day appointment with my sick child, I was not happy about the wait. After waiting in the room for an hour I asked how much longer and was told I would be next. Then I foolishly decided to wait another 20 minutes which still did not result in a doctor. As I got up to leave I was told he was coming in.... all this time waiting and hearing at least 4 other patients be seen and leave. I have no problem waiting if Im told it might be a wait but, when my time is treated like it is not important I get upset. I would not recommend going here.

Recently moved here to AZ from out of state, I need to find a doctor for my 3 year old who has a ruptured ear drum and ended up in Urgent care with a bloody ear. I was turned away because of my insurance plan. I asked if I could self pay and was told no. Thank you for taking into consideration that i need to get my toddler looked at ASAP and am willing to pay to get her help. Shame on the front desk staff for turning a 3 year old child in need away!!

My husband and I highly recommend Springfield Pediatrics! My kids are very comfortable with Dr. Vaughn. He is fun to the kids, but he shows that he really cares. He spends ample time with each visit, from thorough assessment, listening to our questions and concerns, to explaining to our understanding. The staff are accommodating! We live far from the office, but we opt to drive all the way to continue under his and his staffs care.

Dr. Vaughan is amazing with my daughters and if i have any questions he answers them and he explains everything that happens during the visit to me. I always know exactly how my children are growing and what is expected of them at each stage in their lives. I highly recommend Dr.Vaughan to any parents and especially new parents he is patient and kind. It is also a very friendly environment with everyone who works inside of the office.

Total hole in the wall kind of place but the doctor is a gem! Love love him. He is not only a great doctor but he is a good person too. He actually talks to my children and finds them cute. What doctor does that? Not many. Only reason this place is not a five star is because the building itself is a bit run down.

Dr. Vaughan is the best! He never rushes through a visit, yet hes never late for an appointment. My baby loves him and my son son will be seeing him from now on too. Wish I could find a dr of his caliber for myself lol. Highly recommend... especially for new parents because he is great at explaining everything.

Dr is amazing but the front office lady has no idea on how to manage the office. 15 to 20 min every time you call before you even speak to someone is unreal! Also, when you ask to speak to the dr, he never gets the messages. Finally had enough, asked for records 2 months ago and still dont have them.

Dr Vaughan is by far the best Pediatrician I have experienced, he is very attentive and listens to every concern. He is very patient and thorough. The office staff is also excellent, very nice and great with all my kiddos!

Staff isnt great. Almost over an hour of waiting or more each visit. Unless you have all day to sit I wouldnt recommend
