Terrible! The receptionist are always pre-occupied. I came to check into my daughters two month check up and as I was talking to them they were doing other things and paying attention to what their co-workers had to say. I had to repeat myself several times. I went to go sit down and they called me back and said that I was scheduled at an earlier time, which I had my appointment card to prove them wrong. They gave me the option to wait and see if someone would cancel or I could reschedule. This is not the first time that they acted this way, it is every time I come in. Do not expect to get great customer service here. Also when I had a question about my daughter when she was a newborn it took me ALL day, five calls, in order to actually get a nurse to speak with. The doctor I saw was very professional but I only saw her the very first time I came in, the other times were her nurse.

Poorly organized staff! I called in for a routine A.D.D. prescription that the office held ready for pick up, only to be told when I arrived, that my child needed a scheduled appointment to get reevaluated (completely understandable) BUT that information could have been communicated and setup through the phone when I called the first time, instead of driving all the way over to pick up the prescription that was NEVER ready. Very unprofessional, unapologetic, nor a care for other peoples time.

Bad staff who knows who the doctors are of this place u only see "nurse practicsion" the staff doesnt speak fluent English or clearly the staff doesnt seem to know how to answer questions very confused Dosent seem to note or document patentss info Ill be reporting this place for false practice

I had the same type of experiences in recent months with this office. We moved back to Austin and returned to them as our pediatrician. It was horribly disappointing to see how poor the organization and service has become in the past year. I will not be returning.

I never take my child back here due to them not being clean the PA didnt even wear gloves or wash her hands and the nures had long fake figure nails didnt wear gloves . The ladys up front was super rude !
