Dr. Van and the entire Bee Well Pediatrics staff continually exceed our expectations in a pediatric office. In our few years of being with them, Bee Well has shown how skilled they are at taking a holistic and balanced approach in how they care for us. They are well researched and recommend meds only when necessary. Back in 2015, when I called to find out more information about their office, Dr. Van was the one who answered the phone during the lunch break. We had a great conversation and I happily scheduled an appointment for my daughter to see her! She, Dr. Morgan, and their staff actively listen to any concerns we may have, answer all our questions with kindness and forthrightness, respond in a very timely manner, and they all have a terrific bedside manner with our girls and us, the parents. Their offices are always clean, they have a "sick entrance," and they are organized! My husband and I are so grateful that they are advocates for vaccination. Plus, Dr. Van is a licensed lactation consultant. Having a lactation consultant and pediatrician all wrapped up on one, made getting the lactation help I needed after having a baby last year such a breeze! No fussing around to find an LC that would take my insurance. Then this past year when our girls needed a few more sessions of PT that went beyond the limited sessions our insurance offered, Dr. Van and her staff went to bat for us with our insurance company. Now, if only I could find a PCP that cares for me half as well as Bee Well cares for my kids!

I couldnt imagine better doctors for my baby! Dr. Van and Dr. Morgan are both so incredible, I feel so comfortable and safe in their office (especially because they only accept vaccinated patients, thank goodness!) and free to talk about whatever I want and take as much time as I need discussing all my concerns. Dr. Van is a lactation consultant, too, so I have seen her most since I am a first time parent with a (now) 1 year old! She absolutely goes above and beyond, my husband and I constantly feel like we are the luckiest parents to have found such amazing pediatricians, and plan to stay with them all through our daughters childhood. The therapy dog is extremely sweet, and the office staff are very helpful and caring. They are also constantly striving to stay up to date with the latest research, and great about listening to my ideas. A perfect blend of following AAP guidelines while also considering natural approaches (they have a category of "cant hurt, might or might not help" like using essential oils for certain things) which I love! I cant say enough great things about this practice, and again, thank you for accepting only patients that vaccinate. It keeps my baby safe! I highly recommend them (and frequently do) to any parents, but especially first time parents!

Wow. I called to make an appointment for my son who has been sick for the last few days and the receptionist said they wouldnt see him because he isnt vaccinated! And then she proceeded to tell me that he needs to be vaccinated as if shes the doctor or expert on the issue and that no doctor in the area would see my son! So basically shes saying my son deserves to be sick and no one will help him. I cant even express how angry I am. He has a cold and I just want a doctor to look at him but Im turned away like hes some kind of infidel. If you have any questions if your unvaccinated kids will be accepted here the answer is a resounding NO.

Thank GOD they wont let unvaccinated kids in! Get your damn kids vaccinated and stop making it unsafe for everyone elses children! Most places in Austin wont see you if you havent vaccinated and for GOOD reason! With that being said, I have had only the BEST experiences with Bee Well. They are kind, considerate, able to get my son in and seen at the drop of a hat and are extremely knowledgable and great at their job! No complaints here! Keep up the good work and the positive environment Bee Well!

Incredible doctors & office staff! They are very knowledgeable and patient. They have the sweetest therapy dog (graham) in office and he definately does a great job keeping everyone happy, calm and feeling good. Its always such a treat to visit and obtain good help and advice. Their services include well visits, sick visits, health plans of action, ear piercing, allergy testing, etc...

Wonderful visit with our youngest daughter! Friendly and courteous staff up at the desk, and Drs. Benthuysen and Morgan are fantastic. Dr Morgans golden retriever, Graham, happily strolled out to visit in the waiting area; one very sweet puppy! Well definitely be letting everyone know the Bee Cave area has gained a great pediatric group!!

Dr Van is an amazing pediatrician. She is so loving towards the little ones and she treated me and my nursing son as a complete unit. We loved her lactation support so much that we switched to her as our primary pediatrician even though shes a 30 minute drive away. She and her team are worth it!

Dr. Van & her team at Bee Well Pediatrics are FABULOUS! I recently took my 16 year old stepson in to see her due to some congestion issues he was having and she was terrific. The sniffling has stopped and he was treated very age-appropriately. Thanks, Dr. Van!!!

Dr. Van has been great. She is happy to help kids with alternative vaccination schedules, which we have. She will gladly work with such alternative schedules but will not take unvaccinated kids. I support this policy and Im glad she has it.
