Not reliable or responsible in my opinion. My sister was released from the hospital this Tuesday after receiving care for her broken lumbar and six broken bones in her foot. She hired this company in my presence and paid in advance for four days of care. They showed up the first day to assist but did not show up today the second day. Obviously she is dependent on someone to assist her in and out of bed. She was told the caregivers car was broken down. Three hours overdue for care, no replacement has been sent nor has she heard from anyone. Oh and by the way, the day the caregiver was there she served my sister a bakery muffin and placed the dirty dish in the sink and didnt bother to rinse it and put it in the dishwasher. The company representative indicated they fix meals, run errands, etc... Hope this isnt one of those unethical companies my sister was warned about!

My grandmother received the best care I can imagine. The staff was supportive and friendly. I would recommend 24 hour home health to everyone. Its a top professional home health care agency and I now know why it got rated the best agency in Scottsdale.
