Almost killed our dog!!!! Took our dog in for symptoms of dehydration and after multiple visits, a weak antibiotic and some fluids was telling us to monitor our dog, force her to drink and eat. We decided to take our dog to Hillcrest Animal Hospital where an Xray and Ultrasound were immediately done o my to find a 3+ pound mass in our dogs uterus. Our dog had to have emergency surgery to remove it or she was given 24-48 hours to live. Our dog had lost over 3 pounds but we didnt know it because of this mass. 3 pounds is a lot for a 12 pound dog. I will never take an animal here or even recommend them to anyone. If anybody would like proof of this just let me know. I can provide xray and Ultrasound pictures.

This is the FIRST review I have ever written but I had to because of the horrible service I got here. Sent my dog here for eye surgery and I did not get proper post op instructions. I reached out to them 2 diff times after the first week because my dog was not bouncing back. After being blown off, I took her to another vet and she had to have another surgery because this vet did not remove everything he was supposed to. I understand mistakes (to a certain extant) but when I come to you twice and get blown off thats just wrong. None of the staff or vet showed any remorse and even worse they treated me like I was the problem. Will NEVER go back here!!!! Too many other vets that provide better service.

The staff has always been extremely kind, whether on the phone or in person. They took very good care of us when it came time to take my 12 year old rat terrier in to be put to sleep. They gave no gripes over having my fiance AND best friend in the room with me. They explained everything in detail from start to finish. They checked on both me and my dog through the entire process, and no annoyed attitude over my crying. I believe one of the ladies up front even patted my back as I was leaving. Very sweet people, and they seem to understand that my dogs arent just dogs--those are my babies! The pricing is very reasonable as well.

I will never take another animal here. The staff is rude, insensitive, and just down right ugly. For reasons unknown to me this hell hole is still in business. Guess they have a few fooled who still give them $$ and think that they are getting good care in return. Just go somewhere else JUST ONCE and you will realize what you have been missing out on. Actual customer care and professionalism are just 2 of the things High Hopes lacks. LoL you have to have high hopes that they wont kill ur animal.

Amazing people! Our fur baby was having trouble with coughing and breathing. Called the office around 7 on a Saturday morning and spoke to a fabulous lady that took my information and gave us an appointment for that morning. We had never been to this clinic and was very pleased with the cleanliness and caring service of the Dr. and entire staff. Thanks again for a wonderful experience when we were so worried about our Sadie. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Been using him for years, always great service. Ive used other vets in the past, but he is by far the best. He is very fair priced. Would be 5 stars, but the facilities arent "updated". They arent old or worn out, just not fancy as you see in the high prices places. Still wont take my animals anywhere else. Ive have/had 6 dogs he has taken care of over the years, and my parents have had him take care of cats also with no issues.

This was the worst vet EVER!! Please, if you love ur pet please please take them anywhere but here. I took in my animal only for him to come back home covered in fleas. The facility is absolutely DISGUSTING as well as their attitude toward the wellbeing of your pet. I wouldnt take in a dead oppossum i found on the road for worrying about what high hopes might do to it.....what a freaking joke. Surprised he even has a license!

I was shocked at the treatment me and my sick rescue dog received! This supposed Dr never introduced himself to me or my dog. Didnt even care. Acted appalled that she was so sick and vomited on the tile floor. Girls out front were just as rude. Never was thanked for dropping several hundreds there. Wont be back!!!!

Dr. Wayne is great with the animals...reminds me of the old rancher vet on animal planet...Dr. Paulie I think. He is down to earth, laid back, and truly cares for the animals. I have been both boarding my pets and using Dr. Wayne for four years and would not go anywhere else.

Very caring and informed staff. Sad I had to put my pup down but it was very easy to trust the staff the whole time. If I still lived in Cabot I would make them my primary vet.
