Took my jack Russell there in December to be spayed. Was gonna switch both of my dogs to this clinic. When I took her in, I explained this to the lady that took my dog from me when I got there. They got both of their records from the previous clinic that had been seeing them. I asked her then if I could get some Nexgard and Heartgard for each of them, when I picked her up. She stated yes, and told me to write down the other dogs name and weight at the bottom of the page that I filled out on her. I did that. When I got up there to get my dog and the medications, they had only given me enough medication for one dog (which I realized after I got home, it had the other dogs name on it....not the dog that was there). This was a different lady that I dealt with this time (a very young girl). I explained to her that I was supposed to get double the medication, because I have another dog at home, and that I had already cleared this with the other lady that morning. She became very rude and hateful, and told me that they couldnt sell me any for the other dog because they hadnt seen him (as I said before, the medication they sold me has his name on it, and they had his records from the other clinic showing he had been on it, for GODS sake!). I told her that I wanted to talk to Dr. Mays. I have no idea what she told him, but he came out and said "we cant just sell you something, we have laws to follow". Really?! Since when has anyone not been able to go in there and just buy flea/tick and heartworm products without having their animals with them? They didnt care, they just wanted to make money!! Besides, he has his records showing that he has been on it since BIRTH!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN HIS OFFICE AGAIN. My animals deserve a better doctor than him, and Dr. Tester has done great with them.BTW, I have posted this once already, and I guess it got deleted!

Dr. Tester is friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He has treated my animals for a variety of things from routine visits to snakebites. His rates are affordable and he also offers some assistance programs to help with the costs of spaying and neutering. His staff is wonderful and friendly as well organized and lets me know when my animals are due for shots, etc. They definately make my busy life easier.

Our cat was missing for 14 days, she came home 2 days ago. We were very concerned about her health. Dr. Mays meet us at the clinic and took great care of her, on a Saturday afternoon. We want to Thank Dr. Mays for his help and great care of our precious member of our family.

Our golden retriever had a large fish hook stuck in her leg, and we had to bring her in on Saturday. Dr. Mays and staff could not have been better. They were nice, quick and took great care of our girl!

I am in the area for a week and saw Dr. Mays today to check my newly adopted Rat Terrier, Crystal. Dr. Mays & staff were very helpful & I felt very confident with him. Prices were very reasonable.

They want to charge an office visit to euthanize a wild animal - If they cant provide humane services to animals in need without charging an arm and a leg, I would never take my pet there.
